Fabtech Polaris Ranger RZR 6" Long Travel Lift Kit: Designed as a complete system, the front control arms feature construction of 1.25 OD .120 wall 4130 Chromoly tubing with dimple die gusset plates for unsurpassed strength. Arms are located to the frame via graphite impregnated Delrin bushings. Front arms utilize 3/4" teflon lined heim ends at the spindle. Rear upper arms are built with .125 thick steel plate while lower arms are 1.25 OD .120 wall 4130 Chromoly. Rear upper and lower arms utilize Delrin frame bushings. This system increases wheel travel to 13" for aggressive offroad driving. Working in conjunction with the wider track width and increased travel, Fabtech includes steering rod extensions with 1/2" heim ends, replacement 4340 heat treated axle shafts and control arm frame gusset kit.

The heart of this system is Fabtech’s Dirt Logic 2.0 Resi Coilover shocks. These shocks contain components from Fabtech’s race shock line for maximum durability. Extensive ride work was performed to dial in the shock valving in for aggressive high speed offroad driving while still providing a comfortable low speed ride for cruising around campsites and pits.

Dirt Logic 2.0	The Dirt Logic 2.0 Coilovers directly replace the front and rear shocks on Rhino’s with stock suspension or with Fabtech’s Long Travel system. Front Bumper	Fabtech’s 1.5” tubular bumper with skid plate adds the rugged protection required. Comes with a 1.5” over rider hoop and requires no drilling, simply bolt into existing holes in the frame, and bolt on up to four auxiliary lights. Bumper comes powder coated black and our 3/16" aluminum Skid Plate is line-grained for a great finishing touch.
Rear bumper	Fabtech’s double 1.5” tube pre-runner type rear bumper bolts directly to the frame for a hassle-free, no-drill installation with great looks and rugged protection for the rear of your RZR. Bumper is available in black powder coat and wraps around the corners to afford the maximum protection.
Control Arm Frame Gussets	These weld on gussets surround the control arm pivot holes on the factory frame to provide additional surface area, reducing the possibility of tearing. This gusset kit is compatible with stock and aftermarket suspensions that utilize the factory control arm pivot holes.
Side Mirrors	These custom machined billet aluminum mirrors have strong mounting arms that securely fasten the 3” round mirror to the stock cage or 1.75 ” OD tubing. Sold in pairs.
Brake Lines	These brake lines are designed specifically for the Long Travel Kit. These stainless braided brake lines offer superior durability and reduced line flex.
