Fabtech Yamaha Rhino 6" Long Travel Suspension: As one of the most trusted names in offroad light truck suspension systems, Fabtech breaks into the ATV market with their cutting edge Yamaha Rhino Long Travel suspension system. Designed as a complete system, the front and rear control arms feature 1.25 OD .120 wall 4130 Chromoly tubing with dimple die gusset plates for unsurpassed strength. Arms mount to the frame via graphite impregnated Delrin bushings. Front upper arms utilize 3/4" teflon lined heim ends with lower arms receiving 7/8" uniballs for an unrestricted 13" of usable wheel travel. Working in conjunction with the wider track width and travel, Fabtech includes steering rod extensions with 1/2" heim ends. This system is available with replacement 4340 heat treated axle shafts for aggressive driving or with complete heavy duty CV axle assemblies. The heart of this system is Fabtech's Dirt Logic 2.0 Resi Coilover shocks. These shocks contain components from Fabtech's race shock line for maximum durability. Extensive ride work was performed to dial in the shock valving for aggressive high speed offroad driving while still providing a comfortable low speed ride for cruising around campsites and pits. All components included in this system are finished in a neutral gun metal gray powdercoat to blend with the undercarriage of every Rhino. Systems come complete with all the necessary parts and hardware for a one stop purchase.

Spindles	Fabtech introduces their new Heavy Duty Spindles for the Yamaha Rhino. These Spindles are constructed of Ductile Iron with a structural webbing to handle increased impact loads. Fabtech offers these as a bolt-on replacement for the stock Spindles or as an addition to their Long Travel Kit. Each pair of Spindles is available with the bearings & seals pre-installed, making for a quick and easy install.

Front bumper with Over Rider Bar	Obtain increased front end protection with Fabtech's 1.5" OD tubular Bumper and Skid Plate. Bumper mounts directly to the frame without drilling and has provision for up to four auxiliary lights. The 3/16" think aluminum skid plate is laser cut and lined grained for an exceptional finish. Bumper is available in Black Powdercoat or raw for paint to match applications.
Rear Bumper	This rear 1.5" OD tubular bumper wraps around the corners of the bed to provide side and rear protection. The bolt on design attaches directly to the frame for maximum protection. Note that due to this frame mounted design the bed will not tilt. Bumper is available in Black Powdercoat or raw for paint to match applications.
	4 Seater Rear Coil Kit. This coil upgrade kit contains two, 400 lb/in Eibach springs. This kit is designed for Rhino enthusiasts who have converted to a 4 seater, added a large cooler to the rear or are carrying more than 100 pounds extra weight in the rear.
Control Arm Frame Gussets	These weld-on gussets surround the control arm pivot holes on the factory frame to provide additional surface area, reducing the possibility of tearing. This gusset kit is compatible with stock and aftermarket suspensions that utilize the factory control arm pivot holes.
Rear Differential Support	Under aggressive driving conditions the rear differential housing can experience heavy torque loads that can cause cracking of the aluminum housing. This support kit aids in securing the rear differential housing for extreme offroad use.
Replacement Heim Steering	This system replaces the factory tie rod assemblies for use in rugged offroad terrain. Consisting of inner and outer 3 /4” Teflon lined Heim ends with 1” OD .120 wall DOM tubing these new tie rod assemblies directly replace the stock steering on + 6” Long Travel systems.
Racing Heim Kit	These heavy duty alloy heims are a perfect upgrade for the exreme abuse the upper A-arms take during hardcore offroad use. Kit includes 2 race quality heims.
Bed Caps, Stainless	Protect the top of the bed rails from scratches and dents with Fabtech's Bed Caps. Available in satin Stainless Steel or Black Powdercoated steel construction. Attaches with factory hardware or can be installed with optional stainless nut insert kit.
Lower bed valance guards	Finish off the lower edging of the bed with these trim guards. Constructed of satin Stainless Steel or Black Powdercoated steel. Includes stainless mounting hardware.
Stainless Dash Trim Rings & Nut Insert Kit	Dash Trim Rings: Refine the look of your Rhino dash with these satin stainless trim rings. These precision laser cut pieces will add a finished look to any Rhino. Attaches with factory hardware or can be installed with optional stainless nut insert kit. Stainless Nut Insert Kit: As a replacement to the factory trim hardware this kit provides stainless steel fasteners for a refined installation of Fabtech trim pieces. Kit includes all the necessary hardware and installation tool to install Fabtech's Bed Caps and the Dash Trim Ring kit along with additional hardware to replace the remaining bed plastic caps.
Billet Side Mirrors	These custom machined billet aluminum mirrors have strong mounting arms that securely fasten the 3” round mirror to the stock cage or 1.75 ” OD tubing. Sold in pairs.
Tailgate Latch Kit w/Logo Tailgate Latch Kit	Machined and high polished our tailgate latches will add the finishing touch to the exterior of any Rhino. The attention to detail in the machining process includes finger grips and horizontally cut bars. Sold in pairs with Fabtech logo or plain.
Billet Headlight Knob	Dress up your Rhino dash with our polished billet switch knob. Directly replaces the stock knob for a finished look.
Billet Shifter Knob	High polished billet shifter knob will accent the area between the seats for a true custom interior appearance. The polished finish is smooth to the touch for comfort.
Billet Tow Claw	When your friends need a little help getting unstuck use our billet hitch hook to secure a tow line. Fits into the Rhino stock receiver hitch. Not for use on vehicles over 1,100 lbs GVW.
Tilt Bed Handle Cover	This polished billet accessory has been designed for Rhinos that have eliminated the factory tilt bed mechanism. The billet plate covers the tilt bed handle area on the body and will add a touch of refinement to any Rhino.
Frame Horn Caps	Finish off the rear frame appearance of your Rhino with these polished billet caps. Each cap inserts into the rear frame horns for a refined custom look.
FMF PowerLine Muffler Exhaust System	FMF Powerline Muffler is a must have bolt-on for any Rhino requiring additional power. This is a completely mechanical design built from durable, high strength stainless steel for years of service.
