All Traxda torsion keys are CNC laser cut from Mill Certified (A+) steel. The tensile strength level of steel is twice as strong as it needs to be. The ends of the keys are precision drilled to allow for both the adjusting bolt and the installation tool. All keys are powder-coated with an "environmentally green-friendly" black finish.

The top & bottom end plates on all Traxda strut spacers butt against the spacer tube to achieve the highest level of strength. The welds simply hold the spacer together while the end plates carry all the "load" of the suspension. Compare this design to other manufacturers who have the end load caps slide over the spacer tube with the weld having to withstand the load capacity.

Duck Head torsion bar keys by ProRYDE are like no other aftermarket torsion key leveling solution. While competitive products have simply mirrored the shape of the OE key and "indexed" the hex to put more initial preload on the torsion bar, we have taken things a few steps further. Actually, we went through the process of rethinking the entire shape of the key and the adjustment system.

The result? A torsion bar key that not only makes front ride height changes up to 3.0" beyond what the OE key offers, but all changes in between. Duck Head torsion bar keys have the widest adjustment range of any key on the market, and without ever needing to remove it or "re-calibrate" it as some other manufacturer's keys require. We've also made the effort to include special shock extenders whenever a particular truck requires it so that the vehicle rides just like it did from the factory.

LIFTmachine adjustable leveling kits are available for strut-type and coil front suspensions. LIFTmachine is easily installed in the most compact position possible, then simply adjusted all the way up to 3.0". In addition, because it is installed on the top of the strut assembly, there is no spring disassembly or spring "preload". Spacer kits, though economical, add no performance. RCD's leveling shocks increase available travel thus increasing ride quality, handling & performance. The front struts utilize the factory coils and have multiple snap ring grooves to adjust the ride height to stock, 1.25” or up to 2”.
