Rough Country lift kits for the 73-87 4WD Chevy/GMC use leaf springs that have been redesigned to incorporate "luxury ride" technology. Each double tapered leaf with Teflon pads was specifically engineered for each individual vehicle to provide the best ride possible.

2" lift kit includes front leaf springs, bushings & all hardware.
4" & 6" lift kits include front leaf springs, bushings, steering arm, brake relocating brackets & all hardware.

Rear is lifted by either blocks and/or add-a-leafs or 52" or 56" rear leaf springs. Shock boots not included.

4" allows 35 x 12.50 tires on 15x8 wheels with 3.5" backspacing

6" allows 37x12.50 tires on 15x8 wheels with 3.5" backspacing

Zone Offroad has spent many hours developing & testing a capable leaf springs for the straight axle Chevy, GMC vehicles. These springs are a 5 leaf pack with anti-friction pads and center leaf spacer plates between each leaf. This design significantly decreases leaf pack internal friction for a smooth and consistent spring rate.

This system comes complete with a steering arm to yield the factory drag link angle. Zone Offroad also addresses the brake lines by providing front and rear brake line relocation brackets. Front and rear yellow zinc plated u-bolts with high nuts and washers are included to bolt the front springs and rear lift blocks to the axles. 4" lift includes rear blocks. 6" lift includes rear blocks and add-a-leaf.

If your truck came with a front sway bar, Zone Offroad has you covered with a unique shackle sway bar link design.

Note: 6" lift kit may require transfer case drop to alleviate driveline vibrations. The front driveshaft may be to be clearanced at the double cardan joint to prevent binding at full droop on some models. The front exhaust cross-over pipe may need to be modified to clear the front driveshaft on some models.

SKYJACKER lift kits use Softride technology leaf springs  manufactured using tapered leaves to yield a lower spring rate and better travel, Teflon wear pads to help reduce interleaf friction, a "bolt" style clip to reduce leaf friction and shotpeening to compress the steel and increase its tensile strength. 

2.5" thru 8" lift kits include front leaf springs, brake relocating bracket and all hardware. Choose between a Kit with a rear block and/or add-a-leaf or a System using rear leaf springs. Shocks & steering correction sold separately. Transfer case lowering kit may be needed for 6" & 8" lifts.

Tuff Country 73-87 Chevy/GMC lift kits offers 2 types of leaf springs. The EZ Ride springs are a softer spring rate for more suspension action and a softer ride. The heavy duty springs are slightly stiffer and have a higher load capacity for vehicles with heavy bumpers, winches or snow plows. The EZ Rides can be used for heavy duty applications for better flex but you will have less ride height due to the weight and reduced spring life.

Kits come with rear blocks and/or add-a-leafs. Systems come with either 52" or 56" rear leaf springs. Steering arm included with 4" & 6" lifts. Shocks sold separately.
