Fabtech’s cutting edge RTS system utilizes a patent pending bracket system that keep the torsion bars raised up, in the stock location. This feature provides superior ground clearance at the frame as there are no torsion bars hanging down to become high centered on or damaged when offroading. The 6” RTS system has been designed with unitized bracketry to retain the four front compression stops of the vehicle as GM intended. This distributes impact loads across a wide section of the frame rather than at a single point.
High arched crossmembers and front differential skid plate are constructed of 1/4” thick steel to resist bending from hard front suspension impacts. Only 1/4” thick steel provides the rigidity and strength necessary to relocate the torsion bars, bump stops and lower control arms properly. Minimal heavy duty bracketry allow for a fast installation time with only two holes to drill and no cutting of the front diff housing. The 6” RTS system allows the use of both 18” and 20” diameter wheels. No driveshaft modification required. Retains stock track width. Compatible with Stabilitrak.
Fabtech's 4” Ultimate System provides less lift but still allows use of 35” tall tires for street and moderate offroad use.This system was developed utilizing replacement upper control arms constructed of 1.50” OD .120” thick wall DOM tubing that attaches to heavy duty Fabtech ductile iron steering knuckles. The factory torsion bars remain in the stock position and use new forged adjusting keys to provide the proper amount of lift. There is no loss of ground clearance with this system as the stock lower control arms, torsion bars and front differential do not need to be relocated. This 4” Ultimate System will level the stance of the vehicle compared to the factory nose down rake with no change to the rear suspension. For those customers that require a factory nose down appearance an optional 1” rear block kit is available. No drilling, welding or driveshaft modification required.

The heart of the Zone 5″ lift kit is a pair of 1/4" thick one-piece crossmembers combined with the CNC machined steering knuckles to create OE style geometry for a quality ride everyone has come to expect from Zone Offroad. Also included is a laser cut differential skid plate, differential support brackets, torsion bar brackets, sway bar links, offset rear 3″ lift blocks, stainless steel brake lines and custom valved shocks to allow the new HD trucks a smooth ride and improved off-road performance.
This kit is designed to level the truck and has zero change to the vehicle track width allowing for clearance of up to 35×12.50 tires.
NOTE: No differential trimming required for installation. Frame bracket modifications required. Cannot re-use stock 17" or 18" wheels.

TRAXDA leveling kits are a direct bolt in - simple and easy to install with nothing more than common hand tools and require no modifications to your vehicle. These kits retain the stock ride quality of your truck. Alignment specs are provided. The truck can be returned to stock. Made in the USA.
All Traxda torsion keys are CNC laser cut from Mill Certified (A+) steel. The tensile strength level of steel is twice as strong as it needs to be. The ends of the keys are precision drilled to allow for both the adjusting bolt and the installation tool. All keys are powder-coated with an "environmentally green-friendly" black finish.
Allows up to 35" tires on stock rims. Longer shocks not required. Includes solid steel center pin mounting rear blocks.

The 4" SST Lift Kits feature heavy-duty tube steel upper control arms, a pair of ReadyLIFT® forged torsion keys indexed specifically for this kit, CNC machined differential drop brackets and incredibly strong heavy duty tie rod steering assemblies which are a big improvement over the OEM design. To lift the rear, each kit includes a pair of OEM-style cast iron rear blocks and new u-bolts. All necessary hardware and new heavy-duty rear shock extensions are also included. Installation allows for the use of up to 34" tall off road tires on factory offset wheels.
Longer shocks are required and sold separately.
NOTE: Will not work on vehicles with top overload or camper package.

The 3.5" lift kit includes upper control arms with re-indexed torsion keys, front shock extensions, front differential drop kit with a rear 1" block kit. This design allows the use of your factory shocks. 2500HD models with factory rear contact overloads should order kit 13090.
3.5" allows 33x12.50 or 35x11.50 (with trimming). Recommend wheels with 5.5" or less BS for tires wider than stock width.
