The Zone Offroad 6" suspension system for the 99-06 Chevy and GM pickup is designed for everyday driving, but is made to handle offroad use. The main crossmembers were designed to match the factory geometry and appearance. Combined with the CNC machined steering knuckles everything is relocated to factory specs creating a true factory quality driving experience. This is a go anywhere system as it comes with compression struts for added frame support.

Notes: Requires frame bracket and differential mount modification. Compression struts won't work with early '99 models with an "S" shaped transmission crossmember. If equipped with 17" stock wheels, 17" or larger aftermarket wheels must be used.

RCD lift kits for the 99-06 4WD Chevy/GMC K1500 include CNC machined replacement cast iron steering knuckles, fully machined, T-6 billet aluminum axle spacers, heavy duty 2- piece lower sub-frame assembly and polished stainless steel "twin -link" anti-compression struts, CNC machined, zinc plated billet steel sway bar links with over-size urethane bushings and four Bilstein monotube shocks.

Skyjacker's lift kits for the 1999-06 K1500 Silverado, Sierra do not require a replacement front drive shaft for autotrac.

3" maintains front end alignment to factory specs, ball joint angles remain stock, front CV break angles near stock, maintains O.E. skid plate, no drive shaft replacement or modifications. OEM wheels can be used with no more than 5" backspacing.

6" Key Features include no cutting of the upper front differential housing mount or drive shaft modification is required. CNC machined steering knuckles, dop bracketry for the front upper differential mounts, heavy-duty crossmembers, bracketry to drop the torsion bar cross member. The installation is reversible, a feature few other lifts have.

1999-06 4WD Chevy/GMC K1500 4" & 6"  Tuff Country EZ-Ride lift kit options include Standard lift kit with one-piece sub frame and Strong lift kit with 3-piece sub frame.

Standard lift kits use the combination of new extended spindles and a one-piece sub-frame to reduce the amount parts required by half. A one-piece sub-frame will also help to eliminate annoying squeaks and rattles. Simple bolt-on installation. New spindles eliminate need to drop upper control arms. One piece sub-frame gives increased strength and helps to eliminate squeaks and rattles. Includes lateral compression arms

The  "Strong" lift kits use new extended steering knuckles and a three-piece sub frame that includes two cross members that are connected by a heavy duty skid plate. This skid plate is designed to protect the front differential and stabilize the cross members for unmatched strength and durability. This design also allows for an easier and quicker installation. Cast iron blocks lift the rear. Differential drop brackets and torsion bar drop brackets keep everything in alignment. Also included are lateral compression arms which, along with the 3-piece sub frame, strengthen and stabilize the front end.

6.5-7.5" Bracket Style Lift kit retains factory ride quality, steering geometry and CV axle angles. Front differential housing trimming not required. Includes Full-width control arm crossmembers, centerlink stabilizing link, longer factory style front anti-sway bar links, dual front shocks and hoops. Allows use of factory wheels. Vehicles with Autotrac require a Dual Cardan driveshaft. On vehicles without autotrac, driveshaft replacement is not necessary unless the vehicle is regularly operated in 4WD at speeds over 35 mph.

1999-06 4WD Chevy/GMC K1500 4" lift kit by Rancho is complete with steel components throughout. Replacement driveshaft not required. Includes one-piece subframe, torsion bar crossmember drop brackets & front differential drop brackets with rear add-a-leafs. 

Clears 285/75R16 tires on 16x8 wheels with 4.5" BS. This system cannot be used with any wheel (including OE) that exceeds 4.5" and/or the wheel diameter is less than 16"
