The one piece main crossmembers in combination with the CNC machined ductile steering knuckles match the OE geometry for excellent ride and handling. The differential skid plate and the compression struts offer off-road protection for the serious trails. Complete with torsion bar brackets, differential drop brackets, CV spacers, sway bar links, rear blocks, u-bolts and 4 twin tube hydraulic shocks for a smooth ride. Compression struts included. One area seriously lacking on the Chevy HD is the steering link. With an outside diameter of only ½", one wrong turn can easily bend the tie rod leaving your alignment out of whack for all of eternity. That problem is only intensified when you beef up the truck’s appearance with an off-road tire and wheel package. Rough Country combats this issue with its new HD Tie Rod Sleeve. Taking the outside diameter from ½" to 1", this steel sleeve strengthens the steering components on the HD with an install time of only an hour. Rough Country’s HD Tie Rod Sleeve simply takes the place of the stock jam nut giving you sturdy assurance that handling issues are not a concern for you anymore

No driveshaft replacement required. 

Superlift's 6"-7.5" Bracket Version retains factory ride quality, steering geometry and CV axle angles. Front differential housing trimming not required. Full-width control arm crossmembers provide lateral rigidity. Centerlink stabilizing link makes steering more responsive & extends pitman/idler arm life. An innovative rear compression strut system that not only provides support for the control arm drop brackets, but also completely covers the unsightly torsion bars that hang down on the typical lifted HD. A strong billet and formed lift spindle requiring no upper control arm modifications, that steers from the factory tie rod location, thereby putting less stress on the factory steering components. A factory-like front track width with an increase of only 5/8" per side, as compared to the more common 1-1/2" per side with other kits. Ball joint angles remain stock. Front CV break angles near stock. Maintains O.E. skid plate. No replacement or modifications needed to the drive shaft. Allows use of stock tires & wheels. Vehicles with Autoride will require shock relocation brackets . Factory shocks are retained.

Skyjacker's 6" lift kits do not require a replacement front drive shaft for autotrac. The installation is reversible, a feature few other lifts have. Includes CNC machined steering knuckles, sturdy integrated 2-piece 4-point skid plate, drop bracketry for the front upper differential mounts, heavy-duty crossmembers that drop the lower control arms, bracketry to drop the torsion bar cross member. 6" Performance System lift is accomplished via one-piece cast drop down steering knuckles attaching to heavy-duty 1/4" thick, high arched lower control arm crossmembers with an integrated differential skid plate. Front and rear crossmembers are connected via tubular support tubes to provide additional front suspension rigidity. Designed to clear 35" tires.

8" Performance System boasts the same features as the 6" HD system but with more lift and super trick upper tubular control arms. The new upper control arms feature integrated multiple shock mounting tabs should you desire the optional dual shock system, for the ultimate in dampening capabilities. New style steering knuckles have been designed to reduce track width as compared to early model kits. Rear lift is accomplished via a 4" block and add a leaf system with rear bump stop brackets. Requires welding, exhaust & recommended front drive shaft modification. Designed to clear 37" tires.

9" Coilover Conversion System - This cutting edge system eliminates the factory torsion bar assembly replacing them with a coilover shock configuration.  Included in the system is replacement extended length upper tubular control arms and lower plated and boxed style control arms to properly support the load of the Dirt Logic 4.0 coilover shock.  The new control arms feature Delrin frame bushings with 1" Uniballs in the upper arms and heavy duty ball joint in the lower arms. Control arms are 1" longer than stock and will provide 12" of wheel travel.  Extended length front axle shafts also included. To compensate for the increased track width Fabtech includes 1" per side reduced offset steering knuckles.  The kit also includes Dirt Logic shock systems. Available with either rear blocks or leaf springs. Install requires welding. New driveshaft is recommended. TECH NOTE: 6.0L vehicles must have the factory front drive shaft converted to CV style front drive shaft. Recommend 35x12.50R17 with 17x8 5" BS.

Tuff Country offers 2" lift kits for the Chevy HD pickups that include front replacement torsion bar keys and either rear lift blocks or add-a-leafs. The included torsion bar keys reindex the factory torsion bars which lifts the truck without "cranking up" the factory torsion bars. Once installed this lift kit will keep the "Factory Rake", with the front end being slightly lower than the rear. Front shock relocation brackets included. 

4" & 6" Standard lift kits use the combination of new extended spindles (eliminating need to drop upper control arms) and a one-piece sub-frame increasing strength and cutting the amount of brackets and pieces required in half. A one-piece sub-frame will also help to eliminate annoying squeaks and rattles. Includes lateral compression arms. Simple bolt-on installation. Factory rims will not fit with this lift kit. A rim with a 4.5" back spacing or less is required.

4" & 6" "Strong" lift kits use new extended steering knuckles and a three-piece sub frame that includes two cross members that are connected by a heavy duty skid plate. This skid plate is designed to protect the front differential and stabilize the cross members for unmatched strength and durability. This design also allows for an easier and quicker installation. Differential drop brackets and torsion bar drop brackets keep everything in alignment. Also included are lateral compression arms which along with the 3-piece sub frame strengthen and stabilize the front end. 

Will not work with Stabilitrak.

RCD 6" lift kit for the 4WD Chevy/GMC 8-Lug Pickups includes CNC machined replacement  cast iron steering knuckles for precise steering geometry, fully machined, T-6 billet aluminum axle spacers, heavy duty 2-piece lower sub-frame assembly and polished stainless steel "twin-link" anti- compression struts, CNC machined, zinc plated billet steel sway bar links with over-size urethane bushings and Bilstein 5100 series shocks. No driveshaft modifications necessary.

Requires 16" wheels with maximum of 4.5" back spacing.
