CST has developed an unbeatable 4.5" lift kit system for the 2007 2WD Silverado 1500. This kit was specially engineered in a way that the stabilitrack system is not affected and no lights will come on the dash while going around corners or into driveways. This kit features 3.5" lift spindles, stainless steel braided front brake lines, 1" billet coil-over spacers and 2" rear block and u-bolt kit.

Factory ride is improved with this kit as well as the overall stability of the vehicle.

2007 2WD Tahoe, Yukon, Suburban, Avalanche 1500 Lift Kits

Superlift's 1.25" lift kit utilizes a machined ring inserted below the factory shocks' coil spring.  If the vehicle is equipped with the factory Autoride electronic shock option, the preload ring lift method allows you to retain the factory shocks. 

The 2" kit involves installing the factory coil springs onto new Superlift coilover shock bodies.  Our lifetime warranted premium gas shocks feature 50mm diameter bodies with 14mm rods.  The high pressure gas monotube design is valved slightly firmer than factory shocks. 

Superlift's 6" lift system was modeled using the most current computer design software allowing their engineers to tweak each new component for optimum performance. Superlift's replacement knuckle system installs quick and easy, plus the vehicle can be returned to stock later if desired.

A new differential skid plate connects and strengthens the front / rear crossmembers wile protecting the 4WD front axle's center section. Kicker braces, with urethane bushed eyes, span from the rear crossmember back to the frame to increase rigidity.

The stock upper control arms remain in their factory location, while crossmembers relocate the lower control arms downward 5". New cast ductile iron knuckles span the increased vertical distance between the upper and lower arms.

Superlift's knuckles yield the best possible alignment specifications - they maintain zero degrees of additional camber and toe angle change throughout the suspension travel cycle. This produces rock solid drivability traits, plus this knuckle design accepts the factory spare tire and wheel.

Beefy lower control arm crossmembers, and the remainder of each system's load-bearing bracketry, are laser cut from 1/4" thick plate steel. The front differential is lowered a full 4" to reduce CV axle angle and premature axle component wear. Additionally, the front differential's structural integrity is not compromised since no cutting is required. The factory front drive shaft an rear shock are retained.

Rancho introduces the industry's first suspension system for the 2007 Tahoe/Yukon. Rancho's exclusive one-piece sub-frame provides maximum ground clearance and superior strength to the vehicle. Precisely relocating the lower control arms and differential, the sub-frame is engineered to ensure that both suspension and drivetrain geometry is calibrated to the optimal setting.

Steering integrity is uncompromised by maintaining the stock location of the factory rack and pinion steering. This, along with the heavy duty CNC extended cast steering knuckles, maintains optimal steering geometry and results in a faster, easier installation. Combined, these features allow for the reuse of the stock wheels and fits up to a 315/70/17 tire. (Fitment of the maximum tire diameter may require trimming or modification to provide proper clearance. Wheels under 17" in diameter cannot be used.)

After receiving reports on increased sensitivity in GM's StabiliTrak system Rancho revised all their kits to include new steering knuckles and replacement tie-rod ends which better accommodate the StabiliTrak system.
