4.5" and 6.5" 4WD IFS Suspension Systems include massive 1 piece main crossmembers made from 1/4" thick steel and built to handle anything. These two main crossmembers are locked together by two strut bars that create a solid sub-frame. The CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles ensure proper steering geometry as well as reduce installation time compared to a drop bracket system. Combine all of these factors and the Zone system is built to perform! Includes rear Zone Nitro shocks.

3.5" Spindle Lift increases the height of the vehicle, provides more front end ground clearance, and an OEM like ride with clearance for 33'' tires. The spindles are designed as a direct replacement for the factory spindle and utilizes stock ball joints. Rear lift is accomplished with a 1"block & u-bolt kit.

3" Upper Control Arm lift - Constructed with 1.25” OD, .120” wall thick chromoly tubing these Upper Control Arms feature 1” diameter Teflon lined uniballs that attach to the spindle without drilling. Optional high quality Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilover shocks provides 10” of wheel travel.

The Fabtech 4" Budget system features replacement DOM upper tubular control arms feature heavy duty extended range ball joints that provide additional strength to the front suspension. The new ball joints provide unrestricted movement throughout the suspension travel range for smooth operation.  The front differential housing is relocated to keep CV angles proper with the new ride height while a 1/ 4” thick steel skid plate protects the front diff. The rear lift comes from a 1-1/2" lift block and u bolt system. The 4” Budget is available with two shock configurations. One utilizes the stock front Coilover shocks with upper spacers along with rear Performance Shocks. The second option for increased damping is the high end Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilovers for the front and Dirt Logic 2.25 shocks on the rear.

6.5" Ultimate System - For maximum lift with superior ground clearance this system combines the Upper Control Arms, Coilovers and Lift Spindles with a 4” rear block kit.

6" T900 Basic & Performance Systems. - Fabtech's 6" Suspension systems for the T900 platform uses our industry leading crossmember and spindle technology. Fabtech pushes the envelope with superior ride height to properly clear 35" tall tires. Extensive design work was given to the extended length steering knuckles to keep the track width near stock with superior turning radius for maneuverability in tight spots. Lower control arm crossmembers are strengthened with cross tubes backed up by tubular frame struts to distribute front suspension impact loads. The front differential is protected with a tightly formed 1/4" thick steel skid plate. Rear suspension lift is accomplished via a block and add a leaf system.

With two systems available, the Basic system features all the above componentry with a front coilover spacer system utilizing the factory coilover assembly for a stock like ride. The Performance system also offers the same componentry but with an upgrade to the Dirt Logic 2.5 or Dirt Logic 4.0 Adjustable Coilover shock in place of the factory front coilover assembly. Rear shock options include Performance shocks or Dirt Logic 2.25 shocks. Both systems have been properly designed to work with the factory Stabilitrak® safety functions without reprogramming the vehicle's computer.

07-10 2WD GM 1500 6" RCD Lift Kit
Front end re-alignment is necessary. Speedometer recalibration is necessary if larger tires (10% more than stock diameter) are installed. System utilizes front strut and spring preload assembly spacers for 7" of increased ride height. System includes extended length high performance steel braided brake lines. Brake system bleeding will be required. Drive shaft modifications not required.

Clears up to 35x12.50 tires mounted on a 17x9 wheel with 4.5" backspacing, fender/ bumper/ valance trimming required. It is recommended to maintain the minimum factory wheel diameter. Trimming of valance/ bumper/ fender will be required with amount depending on wheel fitment and/or specific tire selection. Kit is designed to work with Stabilitrac. Stabilitrac may become more sensitive than stock on a lifted vehicle. Some vehicles may require manual disengagement of Stabilitrac in certain conditions.

Rancho's 4" lift kit for the 07-12 2WD GM Pickup includes a one-piece sub-frame to provide maximum ground clearance and superior strength to the vehicle. Precisely relocating the lower control arms and differential, the sub-frame is engineered to ensure that both suspension and drivetrain geometry is calibrated to the optimal setting. Steering integrity is uncompromised by maintaining the stock location of the factory rack and pinion steering. This, along with the heavy duty CNC extended cast steering knuckles, maintains optimal steering geometry and results in a faster, easier installation. Rear coil springs included. No drivetrain or exhaust modification required. Works on vehicles with Stabilitrak. Does not fit vehicles with Autoride and air leveling suspension.

Allow for the reuse of the stock wheels and fits up to a 315/70/17 tire. (Fitment of the maximum tire diameter may require trimming or modification to provide proper clearance. Wheels under 17" in diameter cannot be used.)

8" allows 35x12.50 on 18" or 20" rims with min. 4.5 to max. 5.5" BS

Superlift's 8" lift kit uses replacement front struts in combination with small spacers. Other components include replacement knuckles with one-piece welded crossmembers, differential belly pan, sway bar relocation brackets, kicker braces and shocks. Retains front factory driveshaft.

Minor cutting/welding required. Lift Kits will not work with Stabilitrak.
