4.5" and 6.5" 4WD IFS Suspension Systems include new coil over struts that reuse your factory coils and give added performance over a strut spacer system. The massive 1 piece main crossmembers are made from 1/4" thick steel and maintain a factory appearance. In addition to a heavy duty differential skid plate that locks the two crossmembers together an additional strut bar is included on the passenger side to ensure a solid sub-frame. No low hanging compression struts are necessary! The CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles ensure proper steering geometry as well as reduce installation time compared to a drop bracket system. Includes rear Zone Nitro shocks.

The Fabtech 4" Budget system features replacement DOM upper tubular control arms feature heavy duty extended range ball joints that provide additional strength to the front suspension. The new ball joints provide unrestricted movement throughout the suspension travel range for smooth operation.  The front differential housing is relocated to keep CV angles proper with the new ride height while a 1/ 4” thick steel skid plate protects the front diff. The rear lift comes from a 1-1/2" lift block and u bolt system. The 4” Budget is available with two shock configurations. One utilizes the stock front Coilover shocks with upper spacers along with rear Performance Shocks. The second option for increased damping is the high end Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilovers for the front and Dirt Logic 2.25 shocks on the rear.

The Fabtech 6" Basic system features a front steel Coilover spacer system utilizing the factory Coilover assembly for a stock like ride. The spacers bolt to the base of the factory Coilovers and do not require disassembly to install. The 1/4" thick steel lower control arm crossmembers relocate the arms for a ride height that easily allows use of a 35" tall tire. To further strengthen the front suspension there are cross tubes between the crossmembers with tubular frame struts to distribute front suspension impact loads. The front differential is protected with a tightly formed 1/4" thick steel skid plate. Rear suspension lift is accomplished via a block and add-a-leaf system.

The 6" Performance system includes the same components in the Basic system but additionally offers an upgrade to the Dirt Logic 2.5 or 4.0 Adjustable Coilover shock in place of the factory front Coilover assembly for superior damping in all conditions.

NOTE: Will not fit models with Factory AutoRide shocks. Will not fit all wheel drive models.

The kit includes front adjustable struts and rear blocks. The extra strong CNC machined knuckles are also at the heart of this design. 2007-12 4WD GM 1500 6" RCD lift kit utilizes front strut and spring preload assembly spacers for 6" of increased ride height. Stainless steel braided brake lines included and rear Bilstein 5100 shocks. Drive shaft modifications not required.

Clears up to 35x12.50 tires mounted on a 17x9 wheel with 4.5" backspacing, fender/ bumper/ valance trimming required. It is recommended to maintain the minimum factory wheel diameter. Trimming of valance/ bumper/ fender will be required with amount depending on wheel fitment and/or specific tire selection.

Tuff Country's 2" lift kit for the 4WD Silverado 1500  pickup includes front spacers with either a 3" rear block kit that replaces the factory block or a 2" rear add-a-leaf. New rear shocks are not required but recommended. If upgrading to a larger tire (285/70) with aftermarket rims a positive 30 offset is required. If lower than a positive 30 offset wheel is use, trimming is required. If kit is used with factory rims, no trimming will be required.

Rancho's 4" lift kit for the 07-12 4WD Chevy Pickup incorporates a new coil-over IFS design. A one-piece sub-frame constructed from laser cut 1/4" steel provides superior strength. Steering integrity is uncompromised by maintaining the stock location of the factory rack and pinion steering. This, along with new extended cast steering knuckles and tie-rod ends maintains optimal steering geometry and results in a faster, easier installation. Also includes front differential drop brackets, high-clearance aft braces and extended front brake lines.  Choose between either RS5000 or RS99000 rear shocks.

Allows for the reuse of the stock wheels and fits up to a 315/70/17 tire with 5.5" backspacing. Fitment of the maximum tire diameter may require trimming or modification to provide proper clearance. Wheels under 17" in diameter cannot be used.

2007-12 4WD Silverado, Sierra K1500 replacement knuckle 6" lift kit installs quick and easy, plus the vehicle can be returned to stock later if desired. Includes crossmembers to relocate lower control arms, new cast ductile iron knuckles, differential skid plate and kicker braces with urethane bushings. Beefy lower control arm crossmembers, and the remainder of each system's load-bearing bracketry, are laser cut from 1/4" thick plate steel. No cutting is required and factory front drive shaft is retained.

Superlift's 8" lift kit uses replacement front struts in combination with small spacers. Other components include replacement knuckles with one-piece welded crossmembers, differential belly pan, sway bar relocation brackets, kicker braces and shocks. Retains front factory driveshaft.
