Zone's 6.5" system will give your ride the look as well as the on and offroad performance you are looking for. Custom valved replacement struts are included to properly handle the increased weight of the larger tires & wheels. The differential skid plate, additional strut bar, and 1/4" thick steel crossmembers create a sub-frame that is bulletproof. The CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles ensure proper steering geometry as well as reduce installation time compared to a drop bracket system. The rear is completed with new coil springs, track bar bracket, and adjustable upper arms to correct the pinion angle. By far the most complete system on the market for the money!
Notes: All wheel drive models require driveline  modification.

Fabtech 6" system includes their proven one piece high arched lower crossmember design with an integrated differential skid plate for solid support of the front suspension. Special attention was given to the design of replacement extended length steering knuckles to keep the track width of the vehicle near stock while retaining turning radius. All rear systems feature extended length tubular upper and lower link arms with an oversized Trac bar relocation bracket to properly place the axle under the vehicle with zero driveline vibration. Rear coil springs maintain proper ride height.

The 6" Basic system features the above mentioned components along with front strut assembly spacers and rear performance coil springs. Installation does not require relocation of the rack and pinion or disassembly of the front strut assemblies.

The 6" Performance system additionally features Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilover shocks for a superior ride. This system will provide a supple highway ride with outstanding offroad capabilities for the best of both worlds. 

NOTE: Will not fit all wheel drive models. Some models may not sit level after installation. Order 1" rear coil spacers.

The Fabtech 4" Budget system replacement DOM upper turublar control arms feature heavy duty extended range ball joints that provide additional strength to the front suspension. The new ball joints provide unrestricted movement throughout the travel range for smooth operation. The front differential housing is relocated to keep CV angles proper while a 1/4" thick steel skid plate protects the front differential. The rear lift comes from a 1-1/2" coil spacer sytstem.

The 4" lift kit includes tubular upper control arms with bushings, upper strut spacers, differential drops and differential skid plate, rear upper shock brackets, and 2" rear coil spring spacers. Longer struts or shocks are not required.

This lift allows 33x12.50 tires on aftermarket rims with 5.5" or less BS.

The Rough Country 5" & 7.5" lift kit includes for the front lifted knuckles, front & rear crossmember, upper strut spacers, differential drop brackets, CV spacers, sway bar drop brackets, lower skid plate, brakeline brackets. Rear components include sway bar links, track bar bracket and shock extensions. The 5" lift includes rear coil spring spacers. The 7.5" lift includes rear coil springs.

NOTE: The 5" and 7.5" lift will not fit Autoride, Auto Leveling or models with electric steering. AWD models will require driveline;modifications. Minor cutting & drilling is required. No strut disassembly is required.

2007-09 4WD GM Tahoe, Avalanche 1500 6"-7" RCD lift kit utilizes front strut and spring preload assembly spacers for 7" of increased ride height. Stainless steel braided brakelines included and rear Bilstein 5100 shocks. Drive shaft modifications not required.

Clears up to 35x12.50 tires mounted on a 17x9 wheel with 4.5" backspacing, fender/ bumper/ valance trimming required. It is recommended to maintain the minimum factory wheel diameter. Trimming of valance/ bumper/ fender will be required with amount depending on wheel fitment and/or specific tire selection.

Rancho's suspension system for the 4WD Chevy, GMC SUV features a one-piece sub-frame to provide maximum ground clearance and superior strength to the vehicle. Precisely relocating the lower control arms and differential, the sub-frame is engineered to ensure that both suspension and drivetrain geometry is calibrated to the optimal setting. Front differential drop brackets correct pinion angle for minimized driveline vibration. High clearance aft braces and rear coil springs included.

Steering integrity is uncompromised by maintaining the stock location of the factory rack and pinion steering. This, along with the heavy duty CNC extended cast steering knuckles, maintains optimal steering geometry and results in a faster, easier installation.

Combined, these features allow for the reuse of the stock wheels and fits up to a 315/70/17 tire. (Fitment of the maximum tire diameter may require trimming or modification to provide proper clearance. Wheels under 17" in diameter cannot be used.)
