eXreme Ring Differential Protectors

These hot differential cover protectors are as attractive as they are functional. Each cover is laser-cut from 1/4" plate steel to ensure an exact fit, then coated with a durable yellow/gold Zinc Chromate finish. Includes new hex cover bolts. 

Whether playing on the rocks or in the woods, your differential is a very exposed and vulnerable component. These differential guards are constructed with a 7/8" solid steel rod that is formed to protect the differential. This 7/8" solid ring is supported by 5/8" solid steel rod that is all attached to a 1/4" steel plate. The guard's design is not only rock solid, but it was also designed to fit as tight as possible to the differential to maximize the approach angle as well as ground clearance. Button head fasteners are used eliminate the chance of getting hung up on a bolt head. In addition to the style of fasteners used, the heads of the bolts are also powder coated to match the differential guard

Differential covers are easily damaged by off road obstacles. Constructed from 1/4” steel the RCX differential guards protect your axles from the hazards that can damage your differential. Made for both the Dana 30 and Dana 35 axles.

The Rocky Road differential guards by Rubicon Express use thick steel plate for the base ring. This helps spread the load of any impact over the surface of the differential. The armor structure is a very beefy cold rolled round stock for the hoops and bars. Solid round stock is used to take away the chance of the tube collapsing or crushing. Each guard is jig welded for precise fitment every time and clamped for the cooling procedure to help ensure a good straight girdle.

All welds are cleaned and sharp spots are buffed off to leave a clean and smooth product. They are shipped with a glossy black finish for a great look when installed.
