Superlift's Dodge Ram lift kits for the 4wd Dodge 1500 are easy, no weld installation, however, they should be installed by a professional mechanic. Highest quality, CNC machined knuckles don't increase track width allowing use of factory offset wheels. Unique belly-pan uses counter sunk bolts for extra strength & mates flush to one-piece front/rear crossmembers to form an unbelievably strong, high-clearance sub-frame assembly that makes "kicker" braces unnecessary. Rear add-a-leaf and optional dual rear shocks stop factory spring "shutter". Longer sway bar links with factory type ends.  

Notes: A special tool is required to remove/install the factory bushings for the lower control arms. Superlift offers a one-time use  tool (4544). No driveshaft replacement required.

Rough Country's 4"-5" lift kit includes front driver & passenger side knuckles, integrated sub-frame assembly, front sway bar link extensions, front billet bump stop extensions, differential drop brackets, stinger braces, skid plate, 4 Nitro 9000 series shocks, & option of 2" or 3" rear blocks with u-bolts.

Will not fit Thunder Road. Shock boots sold separately.

The structurally solid, precision-engineered CNC machined steering knuckles in this package even exceed the OE specs. The design and additional bracketry allows the rack & pinion steering to be left in the OE position for precise steering response. The included Skyjacker exclusive Patent Pending "re-indexing Ring" and Seal Adapter also mean there is no replacement or modification to the front drive shaft with this unit.

The rack & pinion is also protected by sturdy cross members that link together an integrated 2-piece 4-point skid plate. Also available without the skid plate.

Also included is drop bracketry for the front upper differential mounts, 3 heavy duty cross members, two that drop the lower control arms and one that supports the front skid plate and bracketry to drop the torsion bar cross member. Kits include blocks in the rear, system includes new rear leaf springs.

Using Fabtech's proven IFS technology, this system for the 02-05 4WD Dodge 1500 features extended length steering knuckles and arched crossmembers for excellent on and offroad performance. Unique to Dodge is the lower control arm bushings mounting in the frame. Fabtech addresses this feature with a pre-installed vulcanized rubber bushing fitted into the rear crossmember for a quick installation while providing a factory-like ride. The system includes a 1/4" thick differential skid plate, impact tubes, heavy duty tie rods, torsion bar mounts and shocks. Also available with rear leaf spring option. Call for pricing.

The RCD suspension lift kits for 4WD Dodge Ram 1500 pickups features RCD's trademark sub-frame and spindle technology and superior quality components throughout. 

One piece, fully MIG welded cross-members provide increased structural integrity along with maintaining correct lower control arm and CV axle angles. The rear cross-member features pre-installed OEM Dodge lower control arm bushings that ease installation and maintain factory ride quality characteristics. Strength is enhanced by a one-piece, full width differential skid plate. CNC machined cast iron steering knuckles provide easy installation along with enhanced alignment characteristics and improved steering geometry with zero bump-steer.

Also included are silver zinc plated Bilstein 5100 series shocks for precise handing and control; 304 stainless steel anti-compression struts; steel braided extended brake lines; rear block and u-bolt kit and all necessary mounting hardware. The system is ride height adjustable in the front for either 4.5" or 6" of lift depending on torsion adjustment.

Rancho's 4" lift kit for the 02-05 4WD Dodge 1500 is a complete bolt-on system (less than 6 holes need to be drilled) with no welding or cutting required or drive train or exhaust modifications necessary.
