The engineers have done it again! Zone's 5" system for the 2002-05 Dodge is the perfect combination or off road performance combined with on road comfort. The massive main crossmember are tied together with a heavy duty differential skid plate. The skid plate offers increased off road protection while creating an unstoppable sub-frame. The crossmember geometry combined with the CNC machined steering knuckles ensure handling characteristics are maintained. If you want the best - then Zone Offroad is the answer!

Note: May require front exhaust modification to clear front driveshaft, typically on standard cab models. Depending on cab configuration, these vehicles vary from 1" to 4" tail high from the factory. This system is 5" front 3" rear so you my need to adjust to acquire your desired stance. A slight increase in turning radius will occur.

Allows 315/70R17 tires. Requires minimum 18" rims with maximum 4.5" BS

Using our proven IFS technology this system features extended length steering knuckles and arched crossmembers for excellent on and offroad performance. Unique to Dodge is the lower control arm bushings mounting in the frame. Fabtech addresses this Dodge feature with a preinstalled vulcanized rubber bushing fitted into our rear crossmember for a quick installation while providing a factory like ride. System includes a 1/4" thick differential skid plate, impact struts, heavy duty tie rods, add a leafs, torsion bar mounts and more.

The structurally solid, precision-engineered CNC machined steering knuckles in this package even exceed the OE specs. The design and additional bracketry allows the rack & pinion steering to be left in the OE position for precise steering response. The included Skyjacker exclusive Patent Pending "re-indexing Ring" and Seal Adapter also mean there is no replacement or modification to the front drive shaft with this unit.

Also included is drop bracketry for the front upper differential mounts, 3 heavy duty cross members, two that drop the lower control arms and one that supports the front skid plate and bracketry to drop the torsion bar cross member. Kits include blocks in the rear, system includes new rear leaf springs.

Traxda's 2"-3" lift kit includes front torsion keys, shock brackets, and a 1" rear block kit. The torsion keys provide up to 3" more front wheel travel plus this kit will increase ground clearance over traditional bracket type lift kits, even without the use of larger wheels &tires.

This lift was designed to retain the stock ride quality. All Traxda lift kits are direct bolt on requiring no special shop tools (besides the basic hand tools, all you need is a very common C clamp style puller) and no modifications to your vehicle

One piece, fully MIG welded cross-members provide increased structural integrity along with maintaining correct lower control arm and CV axle angles. The rear cross-member features pre-installed OEM Dodge lower control arm bushings that ease installation and maintain factory ride quality characteristics. Strength is enhanced by a one-piece, full width differential skid plate. CNC machined cast iron steering knuckles provide easy installation along with enhanced alignment characteristics and improved steering geometry with zero bump-steer.

Also included are silver zinc plated Bilstein 5100 series shocks for precise handing and control; 304 stainless steel anti-compression struts; steel braided extended brake lines; rear block and u-bolt kit and all necessary mounting hardware. The system is ride height adjustable in the front for either 4.5" or 6" of lift depending on torsion adjustment.

Rough Country's 4"-5" lift kit includes front driver & passenger side knuckles, integrated sub-frame assembly, sway bar link, bump stop extensions, differential drop brackets, stinger braces, skid plate, 4 Nitro 9000 series shocks, & option of 2" or 3" rear blocks with u-bolts.
