This is caused by a design issue with the truck itself. Often the factory-inherent problem is amplified when a lift or leveling kit is installed. Whether lifted or stock, your Dodge Ram will greatly benefit from the Steering Box Stabilizer Bar. This specially designed bar bolts between the front frame rails and attaches to provide support to the steering box, which results in a much better driving truck.

The Zone 5" system features tubular upper and lower control arms to properly locate and rotate the front axle to ensure proper alignment. These greasable arms unsure long term performance. The dropped pitman arm combined with the heavy duty track bar bracket ensures factory steering geometry. Whether on road or offroad this system is built to perform. The kit also includes extended bump stops and custom valved Zone shocks that have been tuned to the coils springs thus ensuring not only performance, but great ride quality. Shocks are available in either white Hydro or black Nitro. Choose the kit based on the size of your vehicle's rear axle diameter.

Zone's 6" lift kit is a control arm relocation design. Both the stock upper and lower arms are relocated to relieve angles, properly position the front axle and provide good caster and front pinion angle settings. The 1/4" steel constructed relocation brackets mount directly to stock locations and only require a few new holes to be drilled for extra support. No cutting of the frame or axle mounts is required. Stock alignment adjustability is retained. Stock control arm angles are maintained to provide a great ride, handling and control. In addition to the control arm brackets full-length coil springs, dropped pitman arm, track bar relocation, sway bar relocation and bump stops are included. The rear kits feature new lift blocks and u-bolts. Order based on the size of your rear axle diameter.

Note: If a carrier bearing exists in the rear driveshaft, a carrier bearing drop kit may be required. Rear u-bolts will not fit dually vehicles. Power Wagon models came factory with a 2" taller ride height so the net lift gain will be 3" over the factory. Power Wagon models require sway bar link kit ZOND5301.

Fabtech lift kits for 4WD Dodge 2500, 3500 Gas engine

Performance system includes replacement front coil springs providing increased ride height and large 1-3/4" diameter upper and lower control links replace stock units for proper caster and increased strength. Also included is a pitman arm, trac bar bracket, end links, transmission mount, bump stops and a rear block & u-bolt kit.

Long Arm system converts the factory front control links to a long arm configuration for increased travel and ride quality. The extended links are twice the length of the factory units and constructed of 2" OD tubing with a 1" uniball on one end with urethane bushings on the other. This allows for maximum articulation for offroad use with the ability to absorb highway road noises for a quiet ride. The links attach to the factory axle brackets while new 1/4" thick steel brackets locate the links to the frame. The extended links allow for more offroad articulation Rear lift is accomplished with a block & u-bolt kit.

NOTE: Will not work on standard cab models. 6" lifts do not work on manual transmission.

Skyjacker's  2" Standard Class I Lift Kit for the 03-10 4WD Dodge includes coil springs, lower control arms and bump stops. The lower links in this kit are standard links which feature polyurethane bushings at each end. The longer control arms aid in retaining front end geometry.

The Class I 5" lift kit includes variable rate front coil springs for improved ride and wheel travel along with longer control arms to retain OEM alignment specifications. Drop pitman arm, sway bar lowering brackets, brake line brackets and stabilizer cylinder included. 

Class II lift kit includes everything in the Class I lift along with dual front shock brackets & upper & lower link skid plates. Extra shocks purchased separately.

Kits come with rear add-a-leafs. Systems come with rear leaf springs.

Note: On models with a rear carrier bearing - If a rear driveline vibration occurs, order carrier bearing drop brackets. Some models may require indexing ring part IXR20K if a front driveline vibration develops. Vehicles with "Towing Package" require longer u-bolt.

Rough Country's 5" includes coil springs, sway bar brackets, track bar relocation bracket, control arm drop brackets, pitman arm with 4" fabricated rear blocks with u-bolts and emergency brake relocation bracket. Four N2.0 Nitrogen shocks are also included. This lift kit levels the front of the vehicle with the rear. The control arm drop brackets reduce control arm angle improving ride quality and driveability. Track bar bracket keeps the front axle properly centered.

The X-Series includes the same components as the standard 5" lift. Instead of drop brackets, included are upper and lower adjustable control arm. These come with OEM Clevite bushings and are greasable.

NOTE: 2011+ vehicles equipped with a two piece driveshaft & carrier bearing as on the Mega Cab, have the potential for take off vibration. Depending on the severity, this can be corrected with shimming down the carrier bearing.

Replacement upper and lower arms use greasable, re-buildable flex joints which will reduce or eliminate the front suspension from binding. The bulit-in adjuster sleeves allows for much easier adjustment of the castor which eliminates the need for the OEM cam bolts. The upgrade kit can be use with nearly any after market lift kit to improve ride quality and handling.
