The Zone 5.5" system for the 2003-09 model Dodge features tubular upper and lower control arms to properly locate and rotate the front axle to ensure proper alignment. These greasable arms unsure long term performance. The dropped pitman arm combined with the heavy duty track bar bracket ensures factory steering geometry. Whether on road or offroad this system is built to perform. The kit also includes extended bump stops and custom valved Zone shocks that have been tuned to the 5" coils thus ensuring not only performance, but great ride quality.

Rear components are ordered separately based on the size of your vehicle's rear axle diameter. Please verify before ordering.

Note: If a carrier bearing exists in the rear driveshaft, a carrier bearing drop kit may be required. Rear u-bolts will not fit dually vehicles.

Revtek 4.5" & 6" Lift Kits for the Dodge 2500, 3500, Mega Cab include longer control arms to relocate the axle forward for improved tire clearance and driveline spacer to compensate for axle being forward. Works within the OEM suspension geometry. Easy, bolt up installation with no cutting or welding necessary.

Rough Country's 5" Series II lift kit includes heavy duty, tubular, upper and lower control arms, lifted front coils, pitman arm, sway bar links, track bar relocation bracket, extended bump stops, four Hydro 8000 series shocks, u-bolts, and rear blocks. 100% bolt-on installation. No cutting, drilling or welding.

The upper and lower arms are longer than stock to rotate the axle for proper alignment, as well as greasable for long term performance. The drop pitman arm maintains the factory steering angles and the track bar relocation bracket properly centers the axle under the vehicle. Clears 37x12.50 tires

The X-Series option includes all of the above parts with the exception that the upper and lower control arms are adjustable.

Get additional tire clearance to fit 37" tires by using the 6" coil spring lift kit. Rear cast iron blocks (replace the factory blocks). Extended upper and lower control arms w/poly bushings, a track bar relocating bracket and drop pitman arm to ensure everything is aligned properly. Pitman arm included in lift kits for vehicles mfg'd prior to July 2007. Sold separately if made after July 2007.

Tuff Country EZ-Ride  “Long Arm” lift kits and upgrade kit: Designed to allow for more suspension articulation when off-roading along with significantly improve handling and ride quality over most suspension lift kits on the market. Replacement upper and lower arms use greasable, re-buildable flex joints which will reduce or eliminate the front suspension from binding. The bulit-in adjuster sleeves allows for much easier adjustment of the castor which eliminates the need for the OEM cam bolts. The upgrade kit can be use with nearly any after market lift kit to improve ride quality and handling.

Check manufacture date to order correct lift kit. 4" & 6" lift kits will not fit vehicles with 
Off Road package. 

Skyjacker's  2.5-3.5" Standard Class I Lift Kit for the 03-09 4WD Dodge includes coil springs, lower control arms and bump stops. The lower links in this kit are standard links which feature polyurethane bushings at each end. The longer control arms aid in retaining front end geometry. 34x12.50 tires

The Class I 4.5"-5.5" lift kit includes variable rate front coil springs for improved ride and wheel travel along with longer control arms to retain OEM alignment specifications. Drop pitman arm and stabilizer cylinder included.  37x12.50 tires.

Class II lift kit includes everything in the Class I lift along with dual front shock brackets & upper & lower link skid plates. Extra shocks purchased separately.

Kits come with rear add-a-leafs. Systems come with rear leaf springs.

Note: On models with a rear carrier bearing - If a rear driveline vibration occurs, order carrier bearing drop brackets. Some models may require indexing ring part IXR20K if a front driveline vibration develops. Vehicles with "Towing Package" require longer u-bolt.

Fabtech 6” Performance Lift Kit for the 03-08 4WD Dodge 2500, 3500 features extended length 2" OD heavy wall control arm links pivoting on urethane bushings to keep the front suspension geometry proper while allowing increased travel. Front lift options include replacement Coil Springs or Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover Conversion system. Both options include Trac Bar bracketry, pitman arm, sway bar mounts, bump stops and a transmission mount with rear blocks & u-bolts.

The Coilover Conversion features Dirt Logic 4.0 for maximum suspension dampening in rugged offroad conditions. The conversion system does not require elimination of the factory coil spring bucket and is a 100% bolt on installation. The vehicle specific Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilovers feature a 4" OD remote reservoir connected via -10 hose assembly and includes large billet reservoir clamps and limiting straps.

Dodge Ram 2500 and Mega Cab Rancho lift kits
