The Zone Suspension System is centered around two central crossmembers that are locked together creating a substantial sub-frame. The CNC machined steering knuckles ensure proper steering geometry while reducing installation time. The 3 point differential mounting system rotates the front differential to maintain proper drive line and 1/2 shaft angles. The rear is lifted with new Zone coil springs, track bar relocation, and a rear four link relocation system.

Note: Not recommended for All Wheel Drive models.

The Rancho 4" lift kit for Dodge 1500 includes CNC machined steering knuckles, progressive rate rear coil springs and one-piece reinforced steel subframe. This lift maintains factory location of rack and pinion and proper driveshaft angles.

Allows for reuse of stock wheels. Designed using 315/70R17 ties on 17x8 wheels with 4.5" BS

Longer rear compression travel stop brackets. Retains front anti-sway bar link extensions factory "service for life" links. Installs easily with only slight trimming and no exhaust or driveshaft modifications. Compatible with Dodge's Electronic Stability Program
