Fabtech Lift Kits
The 91-03 7-Lug F250 new control arm design took suspension to a new level. Because the ball joints cast as a part of the upper control arm, Fabtech provides low friction heavy duty upper ball joints with their upper control arms to produce the maximum obtainable travel. To retain factory geometry, the 3.5" lift spindle doesn't require any ball joint or lower control arm modifications allowing for a clean installation. 

Fabtech's Performance system uses a combination of I-beam drop brackets, tubular radius arms, front coil springs, drop pitman arm, front & rear shocks and a rear block kit. Tubular radius arms provide additional strength over stock units with increased caster and an offset design for greater tire clearance.

Ford's concept of the 2WD Super Duty is targeted to the truck owner that demands a large heavy duty truck. Utilizing the vehicle's stock I-beams and radius arms, the heavy duty 1/4" thick brackets relocate these components with extended length coil springs for increased ride height and proper front suspension geometry. The Basic system includes coil springs, ball joint spacers, heavy duty brackets, drop pitman arm, front & rear shocks and a rear block kit.

The difference between a Superlift Standard lift kit and a Superunner lift follows. Standard kits utilize longer radius arm brackets that replace the stock brackets. The Superunner series replacement radius arms are considerably longer than stock offering caster correction and additional benefits.

TruSpeed Speed Sensor

The Skyjacker 4" & 6" lift kits include front coils, all necessary drop bracketry & hardware for the front. Pitman arm & shocks are sold separately.

Rear lift is accomplished with either blocks or leaf springs. The Softride springs manufactured by Skyjacker use tapered leaves to yield a lower spring rate and better travel, Teflon wear pads to help reduce interleaf friction, a "bolt" style clip to reduce leaf friction and shotpeening to compress the steel and increase its tensile strength. 

Kits use rear blocks and/or add-a-leafs. Systems use rear leaf springs. Shocks and pitman arm sold separately.
