2005-07 4WD Ford F250, F350 Super Duty lift kit options by Fabtech.
The Budget System utilizes the factory front coil springs with a steel upper spacer providing 4" of lift. Radius Arm drop brackets retain the factory arms with correct caster setting for the increase ride height. System includes a Trac Bar relocation bracket that has been designed to center the axle under the vehicle and still works properly with the factory Pitman Arm. This eliminates the need to replace the Pitman Arm resulting in a lower cost and faster installation time. Carrier bearing spacer included. Rear lift is accomplished with lift blocks and extended length u-bolts.
The Basic System features replacement front coil springs with frame drop brackets that relocate the factory radius arms. This provides lift while retaining the proper amount of caster of the front suspension. Also included are dropped pitman arm, trac bar and bump stop relocation brackets, sway bar drops and a rear block and u-bolt kit.
The Radius Arm Systems include Fabtech's patented Radius Arms that feature a full tubular structure strengthened by dimple die side plates with an adjustable alignment cam at the axle to allow caster adjustment. This system is available with either replacement coil springs or Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover shock conversion and comes complete with a trac bar relocation bracket, ,pitman arm, sway bar drops and rear block and u-bolt kit.
The 4 Link System provides unsurpassed articulation and wheel travel. Large 2" OD heavy wall links feature race style 1" Uniballs for superior strength. Thick 1/4" steel brackets secure the 4 links to the frame without cutting or welding. This 4 Link system allows the use of either replacement coil springs or Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover shock conversion. System also includes Billet sway bar links, trac bar relocation bracket, pitman arm with rear block and u-bolt kit.
Coilover Conversion - For the ultimate Super Duty suspension upgrade. The Fabtech coilover conversion mounts directly replace the stock coil spring buckets with super stout gusseted 1-3/4 tubing for exceptional strength. Coilover conversion system allows use of the Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover shocks. To complete this high end coilover conversion, opt for the hydraulic bump stops listed under Options. The coilover shock system is compatible with both the Radius Arm and 4 Link systems. NOTE: Will not work on models with digital climate control.

2.5" lift includes coil spacers, shock extensions, carrier bearing spacer, bump stop extensions, rear block kit to replace factory block and track bar brackets designed to correct steering geometry. Works on vehicles with or without Camper Package. Trucks equipped with factory Snow Plow option the front end may sit 1/2" higher in front. Snow Plow option equipped F250 trucks should use 69-2515TP.
3.5” lift kit includes coil spring extensions with sound isolators, an OEM Style panhard drop bracket, front bump stops, carrier bearing spacer, OEM shock extension brackets, a pair of radius arm drop brackets and all needed hardware. This is a complete lift kit including 5” OEM equivalent rear blocks with integrated bump stop landings. Rear 5" blocks replace factory blocks and lift rear of the F250 3" and F350 1". Works on vehicles with Camper Package.
The ReadyLift OEM style cast iron track bar bracket is recommended for 2.5" to 3.5" lifts and sold separately. This relocates the track bar for improved steering geometry on vehicles that experience steering pull while driving.

Superlift's 4" & 6" Lift Kits for the 05-07 4WD Ford F250, F350 Super Duty include front coil springs, track bar brackets, front compression stops, caster brackets, steering stabilizer brackets, brake line and sway bar extensions with your choice of shocks. Pitman arm is not required. Choose either rear blocks and/or add-a-leafs or rear leaf springs.
The 8" standard lift kit includes everything in the 6" lift plus pitman arm & radius arm brackets.
Vehicles with 2-piece rear driveshaft need to order carrier bearing drop kit. Superlift highly recommends their dual steering stabilizer be used in conjunction with the factory stabilizer.
