The 2" Skyjacker lift kits are designed for the Ford owner who doesn't require a lot of lift, but wants an aggressive off-road look, a leveled stance, and clearance for those larger tires. The 2" lift comes with full-height front coils springs, and new rear add-a-leafs. Allows 285/70/17 with 4.5" backspacing.

The 4" and 6" lift includes Softride Front Coil Springs, heavy duty track bar relocation bracket, and radius arm drop brackets to set caster to factory specs. A pitman arm is recommended and sold separately.

Skyjacker's 8.5" kit replaces the OEM radius arm design with High-Impact Heavy Wall DOM Tubular 4-Link arms with adjustable rod ends. The 4-Link upgrade is stronger, eliminates binding during articulation and truly out performs the OEM radius arm design. A pitman arm is recommended and sold separately.

Kits use rear blocks or add-a-leafs. Systems use rear leaf springs. Shocks purchased separately.

4" allows 315/70/17 with 4.5" backspacing.
6" allows 355/70/17 with 4.5" backspacing.
8.5" allows 38x12.5 with 4.625" backspacing.

Rough Country's 6" Radius Arm Drop suspension features luxury ride coil springs matching OE coils rates that are specifically designed for gas or diesel motors. A heavy duty track bar relocation bracket properly centers the axle and matches the steering angles created by the supplied drop pitman arm while the radius arm drop brackets maintain the Super Duty's OE caster angles. A steering stabilizer relocation bracket maintains proper steering control but a RC problem solver single unit is recommended with larger tires and a RC dual stabilizer is required when running 37” tires.

The 2008 Super Duty's coil spring/radius arm front suspension is very sensitive to changes in caster angle; the truck loses approximately 3 degrees of caster for every 2" of lift. Unless caster is properly addressed, drivability noticeably suffers as ride height is increased. 

2" Front Leveling Systems

Revtek is proud to introduce the most complete 2.5" lift kit on the market. These lifts will level your truck and correct caster back to OE specs with eccentric alignment bushings. Allows 35x12.50's on stock rims. 

F250 2.5" kit includes coil cast spacers or coil springs with hardware, eccentric alignment bushings, rear block kit and front shocks. Retain factory rear shocks.

F350 2.5" includes everything listed for the F250 with the exception of the rear block kit which is not needed due to the larger size of the rear factory block.

The 4.5" and 6" lift kits are available with new tubular radius arms or with radius arm drop brackets. 

6" lifts allow for tire sizes up to 37x12.50 on standard offset wheel. 4.5" lifts allow for tire sizes up to 35x14.50 on standard offset wheel

RCD's 4" lift kit features an easy bolt on installation, is priced right and has a ride quality that can't be beat. Rear ride height listed is approximate and may vary depending on vehicle model. RCD supplies a 4.25” block that replaces the factory unit. This block is a direct replacement unit with the factory style bump-stop wing cast into it. RCD does not, nor does it recommend stacking blocks. Some vehicles are equipped with different size factory blocks and may require additional lift. Longer U-bolts may be required depending on leaf pack. Retains factory steering stabilizer.

System clears 35” x 12.50” tires on an 8” wide wheel; minor trimming may be necessary. Trimming may be required depending on actual wheel / tire width, offset, actual tire diameters, etc. Requires wheels with maximum of 4-5/8" backspacing.

6" 4-Link Suspension Kit
This all new system for 4wd Ford F250 Vehicles features a 4-Link suspension design that eliminates the factory radius arms. This new design provides smooth, bind free suspension movement and articulation with minimal caster change and reduced bump-steer throughout the cycle. The link bars are constructed from Heavy duty 2" x .125" swaged DOM tubing. These arms utilize high articulation urethane encased flex joints at the frame mounts and heavy duty .25" plate steel clevis’ at the axle. The flex joints are grease able via gun drilled pivot bolts and zerk fittings. Cam eccentrics on the lower arms provide for simple alignment. The Sub-Frame Mounts that are constructed of .25" plate steel, capturing the factory radius arm mounting location as well as a laterally rearward mount, ensuring the utmost in strength and durability. 

A one piece track bar drop down bracket is constructed of massive 3/8" plate steel, ensuring ultimate strength, precise axle location, and bind free axle articulation. The system also includes a heavy duty forged pitman arm that ensures precise steering geometry and function. These two components minimize bump-steer by maintaining factory angles on the track bar and steering relay rod. 

Rounding out the front kit are progressive rate coil springs, stainless steel braided extended front brake-lines, bump-stop drop down brackets, along with extended sway bar links ensure proper function of all related suspension components.

6" system clears 36” x 12.50” tires. Minor fender / bumper trimming may be required. Actual trimming will depend on actual wheel / tire width, offset, actual tire diameters, etc.  Requires wheels with maximum of 4-5/8" backspacing.

Fabtech's 2" leveling system features machined coil spring spacer mounts designed to level the vehicle front to rear. Utilizing the stock front coil springs provides a factory like ride with increased height and a quick installation. Use 33/12.50R 17 tires, 17x8 wheels with 4.5" backspacing with minor trimming.

The 6" & 8" Basic System is designed for the budget minded enthusiast. This system allows the installation of 6" coils while utilizing the stock radius arms. Completing this system is a trac bar relocation bracket, pitman arm, sway bar drops, rear block kit and longer shocks. 

The 6" & 8" Radius Arm Systems feature tubular radius arms that provide unsurpassed strength and performance. These arms feature a full tubular structure strengthened by dimple die side plates with an adjustable alignment cam at the axle to allow caster adjustment. Completing this system is a trac bar relocation bracket, pitman arm, sway bar drops links and drop bracket, rear block kit and longer shocks. Bolt on, no weld installation; no cutting required.

* Tech Notice - 2008 Super Duty's with Gas engines may require the front driveshaft to be modified.  The tube diameter of the driveshaft will need to be reduced to a max diameter of 2". The original CV will be reused and shaft length will remain at the factory length. This is to give adequate clearance between the driveshaft and the factory exhaust. Fabtech does not recommend modifying the exhaust and/or the catalytic converters.

6" & 8" 4 Link System
For the ultimate in suspension performance Fabtech offers a bolt on 4 Link System that provides unsurpassed articulation and wheel travel. These 2" diameter heavy wall links feature race style 1" Uniballs for superior strength. Thick 1/4" steel brackets secure the 4 Links to the frame without cutting or welding. This system allows the use of replacement coil springs or Dirt Logic adjustable Coilover Shock conversion. System also includes Billet sway bar links, trac bar relocation bracket, pitman arm and more.

Coilover Conversion towers directly replace the stock coil spring buckets with super stout gusseting. The conversion system is specifically designed for the Dirt Logic 4.0 piggyback adjustable coilover shock. The Coilover Conversion system is compatible with both the Radius Arm and 4 Link kits.

2008 4WD Super Duty 

CST 2.5" lift allows 305/70/17 on 17x8 wheels with 5" to 5.25" backspace. 

The CST 4.5" lift was designed to allow proper clearance of a 35" tall tire and a perfect height to pull any trailer comfortably. (35" tall tire on 17x8 wheel with 5" backspace) This kit features radius arm drop hangers, performance front coil springs, bump stop and sway bar drop mounts and a factory steering stabilizer relocation bracket. Blocks and u-bolts are included to lift the rear to level the truck. Vehicle can be returned to stock. Shocks are sold separately. The CST Performance Shocks have been valved specifically for the vehicle to ensure a smooth and stable ride.

F-350 and dually trucks may need different rear lift components. Please specify model info when placing order online. 

The 4.5" lift designed to fit a 35" tire with up to a 10" wheel with 5" to 5.25" backspace. Larger diameter tire & wheel combinations may be used, but will require pre-fitment & possible trimming. 

The CST 8" kit includes: Fabricated front radius arms with Jonny Joints, performance front coil springs, pan hard bar drop mount,  pitman arm drop mount, bump stop and sway bar drop mounts, CNC machined sway bar end links w/ 5/8 heim joints, brake line relocation brackets, factory steering stabilizer drop mount, rear progressive stack leaf springs and u-bolt kit. (Front and Rear shocks REQUIRED but not included in the direct kit see kit options above). This lift may be purchased without any rear lift. CST recommends 8" of rear lift for the vehicle to sit level.
