Zone Offroad's 4" system features new front leaf spring mini packs that are designed to not only ride great, but will hold up over the long haul. An adjustable track bar is included to properly center the axle after lifting. The shocks are valved to work with the new Zone leaf mini-packs to increase wheel travel while still offering good on road ride quality. With the front adjustbable track bar and the rear block kit, this system is one of the easiest installations on the market for a 4" system.

The Zone 6" system features new front leaf springs that are designed to not only ride great, but will hold up over the long haul. A 1-1/4" solid steel track bar is included to properly center the axle after lifting. This track bar features new oversized urethane bushings for long term performance. The shocks were custom valved to work perfectly with the new Zone leaf springs to increase off road performance while still offering unmatched on road ride quality. With the front replacement track bar and the rear block kit, this system is one of the easiest installations on the market for a 6" system. Due to OE variances, you may need to change the rear block to level the truck

Note: Models with rear CV driveshaft may experience drive line vibration. Front and Rear driveshaft modification may be required

The Softride springs manufactured by Skyjacker use tapered leaves to yield a lower spring rate and better travel, Teflon wear pads to help reduce interleaf friction, a "bolt" style clip to reduce leaf friction and shotpeening to compress the steel and increase its tensile strength. 

The Skyjacker 4" & 6" lift kits include Softride springs, rear blocks or leaf springs, front sway bar links & massive track bar drop brackets. A pitman arm is required & sold separately. 

The 8" standard lift kit includes all of the above plus a power steering pitman arm, both front and rear sway bar links, front & rear stainless steel braided brake lines and a carrier bearing lowering kit.

Kits use rear blocks. Systems use rear leaf springs.

The Fabtech Spring Hanger system obtains 3.5" of front end lift without changing the front leaf springs. The super stout spring hangers replace the factory units without welding or cutting. A 2" rear block kit included to level off the ride height.  Front frame crossmember and bumper brackets included.

Performance Systems offer more than just increased ride height. The progressive thin 10 leaf front spring pak rides on nylon glide pads for a superior ride. Front springs include military wrapped front eyes with 4 leaf clamps for exceptional strength. Rear lift is accomplished with a block and add-a-leaf or rear leaf spring option.

4.0 Coilover Conversion System. This 100% bolt on system utilizes 2" OD Links with 1" spherical bearings. The 4 Link arms attach to the frame with bolt on 1/4" thick steel brackets. Also included is a replacement 2" OD trac bar with 1-1/4" Heims to properly locate the front ale throughout the travel range. The Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover shocks attach to the frame via a large hoop style shock bucket and to the axle, integrating into the 4 Link axle brackets. The factory sway bar is relocated with billet sway bar links while triple layer limiting straps control the extended wheel travel of the front suspension. The system will provide a substantial ride quality increase both on and offroad.

Revtek 99-06 Ford Excursion 4" & 6" lift kits include front tapered leaf springs with  military wrap, spring bushings & u-bolts, pitman arm, shocks & boots, carrier bearing drop and track bar brackets.

To reduce tire rub when using wider tires, the suggested wheel offset is a standard to negative offset. (May require trimming on lower valance.)

Lift your Ford Excursion with this Tuff Country 2.5" suspension lift kit. This simple to install lift kit includes (2) front leaf packs that are added to existing front leaf springs. The cool thing about this lift kit is by using the 4 or 5 leaf (depending on engine) spring pack most of the lift height is added from the thickness of the leaf pack, not by re-arching the stock springs. The benefit to you is a level Ford Excursion with a near factory ride. A front track bar relocating bracket to maintain proper alignment is included along with extended front u-bolts. Rear 5.5" lift blocks replace place the factory blocks to level the Excursion.

Extended shocks are recommended but not required. Sold separately.

Rough Country's 5" lift kit for the 2000-05 4WD Ford Excursion includes front leaf springs with bushings, track rod bracket, sway bar brackets, pitman arm with rear anti-wrap blocks with u-bolts and 4 Hydro shocks. Factory rear block is not re-used. Boots sold separately.

The Superlift  Select Series leaf springs are 10-leaf units used in the 4" - 10" lift kits. Using more leafs yields a progressive leaf stack, which produces a much smoother spring rate curve throughout the suspension cycle. Other design features include anti-friction pads, full military-wrapped spring eyes and functional urethane compression travel stops.

3" features: Standard Superide leaf springs, track bar brackets, compression stops, rear block kit. and your choice of Superlift Superide or Bilstein shocks.

5" & 7" features: Select Series leaf springs, track bar brackets, dropped pitman arm for 7" lift, replacement front anti-sway bar links, drop brackets for front compression travel stops, rear block and/or add-a-leafs and your choice of Superlift Superide or Bilstein shocks.

Notes: Rear lift based on factory 2.5" block. If factory 3.5" block expect rake or call to replace listed block kit with 1" shorter block kit.

6" allows 36x12.50

RCD 6" suspension lift kit  for the 00-04 4WD Ford Excursion include front leaf springs (9 to 11 leaves per pack) with OEM rubber bushings, nylon anti-friction pads and military wrap over main leaf eyelet. Also included are 3/8" thick steel front trac bar relocation brackets, replacement extended sway bar links, pitman arm, rear block kit, and 4 Bilstein 5100 Series Monotube shocks. Due to inconsistent factory ride height, some vehicles may require an add-a-leaf or other modification to level vehicle.
