Zone Offroad's 2.5" five-leaf mini pack achieves most of the lift from the thickness of the pack rather than re-arching the OE leaf pack. This means the ride quality will be maintained while leveling your truck. Once a load is applied, the longer mini pack leafs will kick in to help support any heavy loads or impacts. Adjustable track bar and longer center pins and u-bolts are included. Shocks sold separately.

Zone Offroad's 4" lift kit features new front leaf springs and a heavy duty track bar to center the front axle and make for easy installation. This track bar is 1-1/4" solid steel with high-durometer urethane bushings for long term performance. Zone shocks are also included. Notes: Dually applications will different rear u-bolts. Vehicles equipped from the factory with a stock rear 4" or 5" block and equipped with a top mounted overload will require 4 pieces of U-bolt number ZONU4035. Performance Systems offer more than just increased ride height. The progressive thin 10 leaf front spring pak rides on nylon glide pads for a superior ride. Front springs include military wrapped front eyes with 4 leaf clamps for exceptional strength. Rear lift is accomplished with a block and add-a-leaf or rear leaf spring option.

4.0 Coilover Conversion System. This 100% bolt on system utilizes 2" OD Links with 1" spherical bearings. The 4 Link arms attach to the frame with bolt on 1/4" thick steel brackets. Also included is a replacement 2" OD trac bar with 1-1/4" Heims to properly locate the front ale throughout the travel range. The Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover shocks attach to the frame via a large hoop style shock bucket and to the axle, integrating into the 4 Link axle brackets. The factory sway bar is relocated with billet sway bar links while triple layer limiting straps control the extended wheel travel of the front suspension. The system will provide a substantial ride quality increase both on and offroad.

ReadyLift's lift kit for the 3/1/99-2004 4WD Super Duty

This 2" system includes a "mini leaf pack" that's installed under the factory leaf spring pack and raises the front of the Super Duty a total of 2" which is what is required to obtain a level stance. To lift the rear our OEM-style 4" cast iron rear blocks with built in pinion angle correction and bump stop landings replace the factory 2" block for additiona lift of 2". This set up establishes a mild lift with a slight rake maintained for towing or hauling. The kit comes with new longer front and rear u-bolts and hardware as well as important panhard bar alignment bushings.

3" spring hangers maintain a factory ride by relocating factory front springs. Includes front sway bar end links, track bar brackets, bump stop drop brackets. Vehicles equipped with stock front shackle crossmember require replacement part 20915. Recommended for vehicles with 3.5" rear stock blocks. Add-a-leafs are recommended for vehicles with 2" rear stock blocks.

4" lift kit includes EZ-Ride front leaf springs, front sway bar end links, track bar bracket , pitman arm & rear add-a-leafs.

6" lift kit include EZ-Ride front leaf springs with rear add-a-leafs & replacement rear blocks, pitman arm, track bar bracket with camber adjustment bolt and front sway bar end links.

RCD 6" suspension lift kit  for the 99-04 4WD Ford Super Duty include front leaf springs (9 to 11 leaves per pack) with OEM rubber bushings, nylon anti-friction pads and military wrap over main leaf eyelet. Also included are 3/8" thick steel front trac bar relocation brackets, replacement extended sway bar links, pitman arm, rear block kit, and 4 Bilstein 5100 Series Monotube shocks. Due to inconsistent factory ride height, some vehicles may require an add-a-leaf or other modification to level vehicle.

Vehicles with 2-piece rear driveshaft require support drop down bracket part 20-68747.

The Superlift  Select Series leaf springs are 10-leaf units used in the 4" - 10" lift kits. Using more leafs yields a progressive leaf stack, which produces a much smoother spring rate curve throughout the suspension cycle. Other design features include anti-friction pads, full military-wrapped spring eyes and functional urethane compression travel stops.

An optional dual front shock system is available.
