Rigid front and rear crossmembers, durable differential skid plate for off-road protection, strut spacers, stainless steel brake lines, rack & pinion drop brackets and new CNC machined steering knuckles with differential drop brackets to maintain the factory steering geometry. Rear 2" block kit and E-brake drop bracket, brake line relocation bracket and rear Nitro 9000 shock absorbers.

6" lift kit components include Front: Rigid front and rear 1/4" thick crossmembers, durable differential skid plate for off-road protection, lateral compression struts, strut spacers, stainless steel brake lines, rack & pinion drop brackets and new CNC machined steering knuckles with differential drop brackets to maintain the factory steering geometry. Track width remains the same. No drivetrain or exhaust modifications. Installation requires minor cutting & welding. Superlift's 4.5" F.I.T. (Frame Integrated Technology) lift kit for the 04-08 4WD Ford F150 includes unique high clearance one-piece crossmembers, used to relocate the lower control arms connected by a massive belly-pan that protects the front differential. The belly-pan mates to the crossmembers via an interlocking "dovetail" fit and secured with countersunk bolts to form an incredibly strong subframe assembly. All load-bearing bracketry is constructed of .25" thick steel plate. 

6" Superlift F.I.T. Series Performance Lift Kit with SS Coilover features Superide SS front coilover shock bodies. New Coilover Towers constructed of .25" plate steel, relocate the factory coilover shocks. This method maintains stock ride quality and greatly simplifies installation. Full belly-pan's high-clearance design maximizes ground clearance while protecting the entire front differential assembly. Replacement cast ductile iron steering knuckles that do not increase track width or require relocating the rack & pinion steering. Replacement front Bilstein shocks provide unmatched handling and control. Rear lift via 2.5" add-a-leafs specifically designed to combat spring/axle wrap-up and 1.5" blocks.

4.5" and 6" lift kits require new rims with 4.5" min to 4.625" max. For 20" or larger wheels, max. BS is 5.5". 4.5" lift kit allows 35x12.50. 6" lift kit allows 36x12.50

04-08 4WD F150 8" & 12" Rize lift kits: The Front Lift System consists of 1/4" steel bracketry that is modeled in 3D CAD then CNC cut and formed into a boxed and gusseted configuration, then welded at strategic points to maximize strength.

Rise has designed a unique "Linear Slide Rack Support" system that helps isolate and remove the stress loads from the rack & pinion. This system allows the steering point on the spindle to remain in the stock location, thereby creating a factory type steering feel. Along with the Rize quad link support struts and integrated skid plate, Rize Industries drop down bracketry is both stronger and more visually appealing than that of the competition.

Combining all this with special bracketry to use the stock coil-overs, or an upgrade to optional aftermarket coil-overs, what you end up is simply the finest F150 Front Lift Kit on the market, PERIOD, END OF STORY!

Tuff Country's 2" lift kit for the 04-08 4WD F150 uses a combination of upper coil/strut spacers and rear add-a-leafs to get 2" of lift. The strut spacers do not require factory strut disassembly for a simple installation. Rear add-a-leafs are added to your existing leaf springs for a lift of 1.5" in the rear. Once installed this lift kit will keep the "Factory Rake", with the front end being slightly lower than the rear. Longer shocks not required but recommended. Allows 33X12.50 tires.

The 6" lift kit is designed around a one-piece sub frame, heavy duty steering knuckles and lateral compression arms. These components allow for a simple installation and a strong, stable front end. Always an industry innovator, Tuff Country has also designed upper and lower strut relocation brackets which are used to maintain the factory struts and ride.

6" allows 315/70R17 tire with 17x8 wheel with 5" backspacing and minor trimming. 

6" 4WD 04-08 F150 Fabtech Basic Lift Kit utilizes the factory front Coilover shocks with bolt on extension mounts that secures the shocks to the lower control arms. There is no need to disassemble the factory front shocks and coils for installation. Also features Fabtech's signature arched lower control arm crossmembers and ductile iron spindles that provide superior ground clearance with the ability to use the stock spare tire. Other features include lower control arm eccentric cams, front differential skid plate, sway bar drop brackets, and 5" rear block kit with rear shocks.

6" 4WD 04-08 F150 Fabtech Performance Lift Kit with Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilovers As an upgrade, Fabtech offers the system with Dirt Logic 2.5 adjustable Coilovers. The Coilovers feature a large 2.50 OD nickel plated steel body, 2.25" OD piston along with billet aluminum end caps, in a take-apart design for fine tuning if required. This large front Coilover provides outstanding offroad dampening for aggressive driving while providing a compliant highway ride. Due to the superior dampening capacity of the Dirt Logic 2.5, we caution drivers not to drive past the limits of the stock components of the vehicle.

May experience driveline vibration in 4WD at high speed. Replace front driveshaft for extended high speed use.

2004-08 4WD F150 6" Skyjacker lift kit increases ride height while improving ride quality and wheel travel. No grinding or cutting of the front differential is necessary. This is a bolt-on system that allows the truck to be returned to stock. Features front and rear crossmembers with alignment adjustment. Additional strength to front & rear crossmember. Kits use rear add-a-leafs. Systems use rear leaf springs. Available with or without skid plate.

6" uses 35x12.50 on 17x8 wheels with 4.5" BS.

RCD's suspension lift kits for all 2004-07 F150 4WD pickup. This lift kit covers the full range of chassis configurations offered on the new style F150 platform and is the most complete system on the market today. Features include heavy duty 1/4" thick, one piece crossmembers, heavy duty one piece differential skid plate, differential drop brackets, CNC machined, cast iron steering knuckles and RCD's exclusive TIG welded 304 stainless steel anti-compression struts. Stainless steel braided extended brake lines also included.

The system is also ride height adjustable in the front of either 4" or 6" of lift depending on chassis configuration. This is accomplished via RCD's exclusive Mono Tube Shock through multiple spring seat height adjustments. These shocks also feature OEM Ford lower bushings for extremely long life, exact fitment, and superior performance, another RCD exclusive.

Bilstein 5100 Series gas  pressure Mono-tube shock absorbers provide exceptional damping characteristics. A new "factory style" rear block casting and u-bolt kit ensure proper fitment and function with no "stacking" of blocks.

Notes: Driveline re-balancing of the factory driveline is required for installation. Some models may require a "Dual Cardan" type front driveline for high speed 4WD operation.

Lift allows 35x12.50 on 17x17.5 or 18x7.5 wheels

Rancho 4" lift kit for the 04-08 Ford F150 pick-up required no drive train or exhaust modification. Factory rack & pinion is not relocated and stock wheels may be used. This complete bolt-on system includes one-piece high-clearance sub-frame with extended CNC cast steering knuckles, front differential skid plate, extended length DOT brake lines and a one-piece rear block with bump stop "wing". 

Available are front (Spring Seat) and rear RS9000X shock absorbers. Their advanced nine-position adjustable designs allows owners of Rancho equipped F150’s the ability to manually or remotely (from the cab) tune the damping to match a vast range of performance situations. The RS9000X Spring Seat Shock has a fixed spring seat specifically designed for Rancho’s F150 suspension system.
