4.5" Features: Superlift's Frame Integrated Technology (F.I.T.) unique high clearance one-piece crossmembers, used to relocate the lower control arms, are connected by a massive belly-pan that protects the front differential. The belly-pan mates to the crossmembers via an interlocking "dovetail" fit and secured with countersunk bolts to form an incredibly strong subframe assembly. All load-bearing bracketry is constructed of .25" thick steel plate. 

New Coilover Towers - new towers, also constructed of .25" plate steel, relocate the factory coilover shocks. This method maintains stock ride quality and greatly simplifies installation.
New Steering Knuckles - Superlift's new cast ductile iron steering knuckles correct all steering related geometry without increasing vehicle track width or relocating the rack and pinion steering system. All necessary alignment hardware is also included.

Rear Lift - 2" add-a-leafs that are specifically designed to combat spring /axle wrap-up while keeping the truck's good ride characteristics intact.

6" 4WD 04-07 F150 PERFORMANCE SYSTEM
Lift is accomplished via an extended length front shock that utilizes the factory front coil springs for a smooth ride. As with all Fabtech IFS systems, this one features a 1/4" thick steel differential skid plate, increased caster for greater alignabiity and will allow the use of the factory spare tire. Installation does not require the relocation of the rack and pinion assembly. A double pin block and u-bolt system provides rear lift.

6" 4WD 04-07 F150 PERFORMANCE SYSTEM WITH DIRT LOGIC 2.5 COILOVERS
As an upgrade, Fabtech offers the system with Dirt Logic 2.5 adjustable Coilovers. The Coilovers feature a large 2.50 OD nickel plated steel bocy, 2.25" OD piston along with billet aluminum end caps, in a take-apart design for fine tuning if required. This large front Coilover provides outstanding offroad dampening for aggressive driving while providing a compliant highway ride. Due to the superior dampening capacity of the Dirt Logic 2.5, we caution drivers not to drive past the limits of the stock components of the vehicle.

Fabtech's 6" systems allow the use of a 315/70R17 tire with 17x8 wheel with 5" backspacing and minor trimming. 

May experience driveline vibration in 4WD at high speed. Replace front driveshaft for extended high speed use.
