The Zone 6" lift kit for the 1997-02 4WD Expedition contains a massive one piece crossmember designed to work perfectly with the CNC machined steering knuckles to maintain factory geometry. This system is a full 6" front/ 5" rear system with the torsion bars at stock setting. No "cranking" required to clear those 35's. The rear dual rate Zone coils offer a smooth ride and the rear control arms are relocated to ensure proper angles. Custom valved Zone shocks are included for on road handling as well as off road performance.

This is a complete bolt-on application. Full time 4WD models may experience front drive line vibration. Some models may experience rear drive line vibration. If this occurs, the rear shaft must be converted to a C.V. style shaft.

Fabtech 6" lift kits for the 97-02 4WD Ford Expedition offers a true 6" ride height increase without adjustment to the torsion bars and features high arch 1/4" thick crossmembers with an integrated steel differential skid plate. Also included are solid billet sway bar end links, tubular impact struts, and one piece torsion bar mounts. The factory steering centerlink and upper control arms are retained in the stock location and the rear system works with the factory coil spring or air bag suspension.

NOTE: Will not work with factory full time 4WD models or with factory 4 wheel air adjust suspension models. Some models may experience rear driveline vibration. Order FTS22008 should driveline vibration occur.
