| Shipping Charges: If your order contains the word
"PENDING", your credit
card will NOT be charged until we contact you with a shipping quote
for your approval. "Pending" means the item is either too
heavy for UPS/Fedex or requires special handling. You should go ahead &
submit your order so we will know to contact
you. No charges will occur, no product will ship until we have your
permission to finalize the order.
Shipping Methods: All shipping quotes
are for Ground shipments within the continental United States.
Should you live outside the continental US, or need to ship to an
APO, we will contact you
regarding shipping options before processing your order. Should you

Tracking: Go to "Order Status" tab
located at the top of the page. Enter the information you provided
in the "Billing Information" section of your order. Please
allow several days for this information to appear.
