The Rough Country line has been restored to incorporate new "luxury ride" technology. Each double tapered leaf with Teflon pads was specifically engineered for each individual vehicle to provide the best ride possible. 2.5" lift includes front & rear leaf springs with bushings and u-bolts. Allows 31x10.50's 4" lift kit includes military wrap front and rear leaf springs, u-bolts, polyurethane bushings, power steering pitman arm, front sway-bar links, transfer case drop kit. If your vehicle has manual steering, you will need to order manual pitman arm part 6621 separately. Lifts available with or without shocks. Shock boots not included. The Shackle Inversion kit allows for relocating your front spring shackles to the rear mount for a smoother ride. No welding is required. This kit will work for lifted or factory height vehicles, and gives about 1/2" of lift. |

The Softride springs manufactured by Skyjacker use tapered leaves to yield a lower spring rate and better travel, Teflon wear pads to help reduce interleaf friction, a "bolt" style clip to reduce leaf friction and shot-peening to compress the steel and increase its tensile strength. Kits for 76-86 Jeeps include front & rear Softride leaf springs, bushings and u-bolts. Steering correction and shocks purchased separately. All CJ's have solid axles suspended by Superide leaf springs. The spring rate has been reduced as much as possible to emphasize suspension travel and a more compliant ride. They have proven to stand up to serious use, even on vehicles equipped with a V-8 and/or winch, while providing a great ride.
