The Wrangler TJ & Rubicon has coil springs and a 4-link setup. While the suspension is definitely more complicated, ride quality is improved along with articulation. The 1-3/4" lift uses easy-to-install coil spacers and provides clearance for 32x11.50 tires.

The newer Jeeps no longer rely on leaf springs. Chromium alloy coil springs are powder coated. Utilizing the superior qualities of the 4-Link suspension systems common in some of today's trucks and SUV's, Skyjacker has engineered a series of links with either single or double heim joints allowing you to choose your level of articulation. The Flex Series uses specially formed links joined to heims that are truly superior in form and function.

Skyjacker's 2" Spacer lift kit includes 2" coil spacers with bump stops.

The basic 4" lift kit includes front and rear coil springs, four standard lower links with greaseable polyurethane bushings on both ends, pitman arm for power steering, sway bar extended end links, rear track bar bracket and transfer case lowering kit. Single Flex kits additionally include control arms fitted with a spherical rod end on one end and greaseable polyurethane bushing on the other. Double Flex kits additionally include control arms fitted with a spherical rod end on both ends of each link.

Skyjacker introduces the new Value Flex Series Suspension lifts for the 1997-02 Jeep Wrangler TJ. Skyjacker has taken the lift and the look from their Flex Series systems and packed it into these great Value Flex Kits. Fabtech Lift Kit Features:

2.5" Adjustable System features an adjustable coil spring seat that retains the stock front and rear coil springs or aftermarket springs. The heavy duty steel coil spring adjusters do not change the ride. The vehicle can be adjusted front to rear to compensate for heavy cargo or a winch. System includes extended length bump stops and a spanner wrench to allow adjustment with the vehicle on the ground. The 2003-05 application includes a billet transfer case spacer kit. Allows 32/1150R 15 tires with 15x7 wheels with 4" BS with minor trimming.

4" Performance System features four heavy wall tubular lower link arms with rotational urethane pivot joint assemblies on each end that provide articulation like a heim end but without the noisy highway ride. The system includes billet transfer case spacers, pitman arm, rear sway bar links, bump stops, rear trac bar bracket and front sway bar disconnect links. For maximum articulation, add the optional upper links. along with 4 shocks. Extended length coil springs provide clearance for 33/1250R15 tires.

4" Ultimate System - Starting with the 4" Performance System, Fabtech has removed the transfer case spacers for use with a CV fixed yoke rear driveshaft. This provides higher ground clearance at the bottom of the transfer case skid plate. Included in the system are rear axle eccentric cams to dial in the CV driveshaft angle as required. System also includes coil springs, front & rear trac bar drop brackets, pitman arm, sway bar disconnect links, bump stops and more.

4" Basic System - Same great features as the 4" Performance system but utilizes conventional urethane bushings in the link arms rather than the rotational urethane joints. System includes coil springs, bump stops, fixed sway bar links, rear trac bar bracket and more.

6" Long Arm system redefines what a heavy duty articulating Jeep system should be. Fabtech has eliminated using the stock link pockets altogether so that the upper & lower link can function on the same equal plane. Combine this with extended length arms & rotational urethane pivot joints to get a TJ system that will climb, crawl and walk over just about anything you put in front of it.

The extended length link arms mount to a massive one-piece welded transfer case crossmember that utilizes the stock transfer case skid plate. Other features include adjustable front & rear Trac Bars, shock mount relocation brackets, pitman arm, oversized sway bar quick disconnect links and performance coil springs. Allows 35/1250R15 tires on 15x8 wheels.

Fabtech's suspension geometry will push your TJ to near competition rock crawling levels with safe highway mannerisms. Construction so large it dwarfs all other suspensions on the trail. Ease of installation and a complete system approach gives you more bang for your buck in hardcore performance than any other system. Note the factory exhaust system will need to be modified. Black Diamond's 6" system raises performance standards both on and off-road. New pre-set coil springs (fully compressed and stressed in the manufacturing process) provide lift while maintaining factory ride characteristics. Drop brackets relocate both the factory upper axle-to-frame links and the new Black Diamond lower links. These components help restore proper suspension geometry, steering alignment and driveline angles.

The new lower links feature premium factory type, steel encased rubber bushings at the upper ends. This combination of rubber upper / Urethane lower bushings transmits less driveline vibration, extends service life and provides quieter, less "squeak prone" operation.

New, rebuildable front/rear adjustable track bars center the axles side-to-side, improve on road handling characteristics, and increase off-road suspension travel. A dropped pitman arm reduces steering linkage angles. Front anti-sway bar quick-disconnects are included to increase off-road suspension articulation, while replacement rear anti-sway bar links prevent bar preload. Black Diamond's Slip-Yoke Eliminator Kit, offered separately, is required to relieve rear driveline angle. The 6" system is capable of clearing most 35" diameter tires on standard offset wheels, provided the Jeep is not excessively heavy.
