Sway Bar Links/Disconnects

Zone's 4" TJ system offers a perfect combination of off road performance and on road handling. Front and rear greasable lower control arms not only correct front alignment, but dramatically improve suspension control and handling. This system comes with front & rear sway bar links, rear track bar relocation, bump stop extensions, a transfer case drop as well as rear pinion cam locks that rotate the rear pinion for proper driveline angles. Pitman arm not required as track bar not vertically relocated.

When compared to your stock TJ, Zone's 3" lift kit will increase droop by 4-3/4" and increase the wheel travel from the stock 7" to 10 full inches of wheel travel! The true performance of this system can be attributed to the coil springs. These will not sag like factory coils can and the increased spring rate matched to the progressive hydraulic shocks will provide improved handling and ride quality.

Unlike other spacer kits on the market, Zone's 2" lift kit is designed to actually maximize long term performance. A lot of testing was done to ensure the correct durometer material was used to maximize vibration absorption and handle rough impacts. A UV stabilizer has been added to ensure they won’t break down and will last the life of your vehicle. Includes front & rear bump stops to protect the life of your factory coil springs.

4.25" Combo Lift Kit - Zone Offroad merged their 1.25" body lift, 1" motor mount lift, & 3" Suspension lift into one kit to provide superior value and performance. This complete system is made to handle great off road as well as ride better than stock on road. One of the key aspects to this 4.25" combo system, is it eliminates the use of a transfer case drop, but still allows for use of the factory rear driveshaft. Essentially the included motor mount lift replaces the transfer case drop included w/ other systems and improves the rear driveline angles by tilting the transfer case output down towards the rear axle. Not only does this mean you are getting the full added belly pan ground clearance from the lift, but also added ground clearance to the engine's oil pan. A significant benefit in comparison to a suspension lift alone. Futhermore, by installing the motor mount lift in combination with the body lift, it re-aligns the engine fan with the shroud to ease the installation. This system is sold with the choice of fixed front sway bar links or sway bar disconnects if you are looking to get the most articulation from your system when offroad.

All lifts kits include either white Hydro or black Nitro shocks. Shock boots sold separately.

Note: Alignment cams are recommended if your vehicle didn't come from the factory with front cam bolts.

1997-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ, LJ Unlimited lift kits

4" Basic system includes coil springs, four heavy wall tubular lower link arms with urethane bushings, bump stops, fixed sway bar links, rear trac bar bracket and more.

4" Performance System features four heavy wall tubular lower link arms with rotational urethane pivot joint assemblies on each end that provide articulation like a heim end but without the noisy highway ride. The system includes billet transfer case spacers, pitman arm, rear sway bar links, bump stops, rear trac bar bracket & front sway bar disconnect links.

6" Long Arm system redefines what a heavy duty articulating Jeep system should be. We have eliminated using the stock link pockets altogether so that the upper and lower link can function on the same equal plane. Combine this equal plane geometry with extended length link arms and our rotational urethane pivot joints and you have a TJ system that will climb, crawl and walk over just about anything you put in front of it. The extended length link arms mount to a massive one piece welded transfer case crossmember that utilize the stock transfer case skid plate. Other features include adjustable front and rear Trac Bars, shock mount relocation brackets, pitman arm, oversized sway bar quick disconnect links, brake hoses and performance coil springs. NOTE: Welding and possible exhaust modification required. Non-Rubicon models require Fixed Yoke and Driveshaft. Rubicon models require Driveshaft.

Fabtech's Crawler system is built for the core rock crawler enthusiast that demands maximum ground clearance and articulation to handle class 5 trails with ease. Crawler Systems feature Radius Arm front suspension and a 3 Link rear system. Everything is connected by a 1/4" thick Transfer Case skid pan tucked up tight against the frame for incredible ground clearance. This system provides zero caster and pinion angle change throughout the suspension cycle while providing more ground clearance at the link ends than any other system on the market today.

The front Radius Arms are 2" DOM 5/16" thick links that pivot on our proven Rotation Urethane joints attaching to the stock axle brackets and into the 1/4" thick belly pan, covered with a UHMW Plastic Skid Cover. Front components include an adjustable Trac Bar with a double shear frame bracket, sway bar disconnect links, pitman arm, stainless brake hoses, bump stops, Performance shocks and coil springs. Optional Dirt Logic 2.50 Coilovers are available in place of Performance shocks and coil springs for exceptional dampening and articulation.

The rear suspension is a 3 Link system with a massive tubular dimple die Wishbone that attaches to a one piece axle bracket with large 2" DOM 5/16" thick lower links. The rear 3 Link utilizes our Rotational Urethane joints on the lower links with a 1" spherical bearing and Rotational Urethane on the Wishbone. Rear components include extended sway bar links, bump stops, shock mounts, Performance shocks and coil springs.

Rough Country offers 1.5" to 6" lift kits for the 1997-06 TJ Wrangler.

Rough Country X-Flex Arms feature massive flex joints with 2.5" diameter body and huge 1.25" threads. Adjustable from stock to 8" of lift. All joints are fully rebuildable. Lower control arms are made of 1.75 diameter .312 wall DOM tubing. Upper control arms are made of 1.25 diameter solid round stock.

The Wrangler TJ & Rubicon has coil springs and a 4-link setup. While the suspension is definitely more complicated, ride quality is improved along with articulation.

Some models with a 4" lift may experience rear driveline vibration (this is rare). If so, a Slip Yoke Eliminator (SLE) is recommended to correct the problem. No driveshaft modifications required on 4" lift kits.

Except the Rubicon which comes with a factory fixed yoke, other models using a 6" lift kit will require a SLE. All models using a 6" lift will require a longer rear driveshaft.

Black Diamond's 3" lift kit for the Wrangler TJ includes coil springs, front anti-sway bar quick disconnects, longer rear anti-sway bar links, a rear track bar extension bracket, compression travel dampeners and a transfer case lowering kit.

Black Diamond's 6" system raises performance standards both on and off-road. New pre-set coil springs provide lift while maintaining factory ride characteristics. Drop brackets relocate both the factory upper axle-to-frame links and the new Black Diamond lower links that feature premium factory type, steel encased rubber bushings at the upper ends. This combination of rubber upper / Urethane lower bushings transmits less driveline vibration, extends service life and provides quieter, less "squeak prone" operation. New, rebuildable front/rear adjustable track bars center the axles side-to-side, improve on road handling characteristics, and increase off-road suspension travel. Also included are a dropped pitman arm, front anti-sway bar quick-disconnects and rear anti-sway bar links.  Slip-Yoke Eliminator Kit, sold separately, is required to relieve rear driveline angle.

The factory TJ rear springs are mounted in a "leaning forward" position which causes the coils to bow excessively rearward once the Jeep is lifted, especially when the suspension compresses. The problem is evident at 3" of lift height, and becomes more of an issue as lift height increases. This incorrect coil loading results in lost ride height and a diminished "too soft" spring rate.

Black Diamond's Coil Correction Kit includes a pair of weld-on frame brackets and replacement upper coil seats; enough for both sides of one TJ. The frame brackets have adjustment holes that permit the coils and compression travel-dampeners to be in the optimal up-right position, even with wheelbase increases of up to 2". Use with any lift brand, 3" and taller in height.
