Non dually models only. Requires welding, exhaust, and possible front drive shaft mods. Does not fit models with Quadrasteer. Can not use OEM wheel and tire. Will experience some loss of turning radius.
Dual steering stabilizer cannot be used with FTS71002 heavy duty tie rods.
Fabtech designed their 8” lift kit to include one-piece cast steering knuckles along with 1/4” thick, high arched crossmembers with tubular control arms. This combination provides an excellent ride quality and gives your Chevy Silverado, GMC Sierra 2500HD, 3500 high ground clearance. No adjustment to the stock torsion bars is required providing a true 8” of lift. The front differential is relocated to eliminate front driveshaft vibration on models with the stock driveshaft.
The new tubular upper control arms will fit into the stock frame pockets using urethane bushings. These upper control arms include double shock mounting tabs for integration with Fabtech’s optional front dual shock hoop system.
The torsion bar drop brackets properly align the torsion bars to the relocated stock lower control arms. A differential skid plate, tubular crossmember supports , impact struts, rear bump stop brackets and rear driveshaft carrier bearing drop bracket are also included. The rear suspension lift uses a 4” block kit along with 2” add-a-leafs. Front and rear Performance shocks complete this package.

The 8'' Performance Suspension System is accomplished via one-piece cast drop down steering knuckles attaching to heavy-duty 1/4'' thick, high arched lower control arm crossmembers with tubular upper control arms. Fabtech's combination of steering knuckle, high arched crossmembers and upper control arms provides an excellent ride quality with high ground clearance. This system will provide a true 8 inches of lift without adjustment to the torsion bars allowing the use of 37'' tall tires. The front differential is properly relocated to eliminate front driveshaft vibration on 2001-06 vehicles with the stock driveshaft.
