The Fabtech Crawler lift kit for the Jeep Wrangler TJ, Rubicon provides more ground clearance at the link ends than any other system. So, for the core rock crawler looking for maximum articulation and clearance to handle Class 5 trails, this is the lift for you. There is zero caster and pinion angle change throughout the suspension cycle.
Fabtech designed this system similar to their desert race trucks. Featured is a radius arm front suspension with a 3 link rear system. This system is connected by a 1/4" thick transfer case skid pan that is tucked up tightly against the frame to provide incredible ground clearance. The front Radius Arms are 2" DOM 5/16" thick links that pivot on Rotation Urethane joints attaching to the stock axle brackets and into the 1/4" thick belly pan, covered with a UHMW Plastic Skid Cover.
Front components also include an adjustable Trac Bar with a double shear frame bracket, pitman arm, bump stops, sway bar disconnect links, stainless steel brake hoses, Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilovers for exceptional dampening and articulation. (Coilovers available in blue only.)
The rear suspension 3 Link system features a massive tubular dimple die Wishbone that attaches to a one piece axle bracket with large 2" DOM 5/16" thick lower links. The rear 3 Link utilizes Rotational Urethane joints on the lower links with a 1" spherical bearing and Rotational Urethane on the Wishbone. Rear components also include extended sway bar links, bump stops, shock mounts, rear Performance monotube shocks and coil springs.
