This Zone Offroad 2005-2012 Toyota Tacoma 6-Lug 6" Suspension lift kit gives current model owners a complete and affordable system to clear up to 35" tires. The system is built off stout 1/4" thick front and rear crossmembers that incorporate all of the front differential mounting points to utilize the factory mounting brackets.

This setup maintains the factory rubber differential mounts for an easier installation. After being relocated, the differential is then completely protected by a full-width belly pan. The new crossmembers also relocate the lower control arms to match perfectly with the new extended-length ductile iron steering knuckles. The knuckles dwarf the factory components, adding strength and durability to the entire system. The factory geometry and traction control settings are considered and incorporated into the new knuckles. This provides precise and compliant handling characteristics for stock-like feel and function.

This complete system includes all of the necessary details like bump stop extensions, sway bar relocation, strut extensions, and brake line relocation brackets. A 4" block kit is used in the back to give the lift needed to match the front. Detailed instructions are included, including the trimming steps required for 35" tire clearance.

3" Upper Control Arm system. The tubular Upper Control Arms feature 1.25” OD, .120” wall thick chromoly tube construction with 1” diameter Teflon lined uniballs that attach to the factory spindle without drilling. The replacement UCA's have been designed to work in conjunction with Fabtech’s Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilover shocks providing 10” of wheel travel for a complete front suspension system upgrade. The vehicle's offroad suspension performance will be greatly increased due to the extensive ride tuning of the Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilovers and rear Dirt Logic 2.25’s. The stance of the vehicle will become level as compared to stock and will provide additional clearance for oversized tires.

ReadyLift SST Suspension Lift System for the 2005-2012 Six-Lug Toyota Tacoma

Lift kit includes a powder coated steel strut extension, front differential drop bracket, skid plate spacers and a rear lift block. The SST strut extension and diff drop bracket has been designed to provide between 2.75"-3.0" of front suspension lift while retaining the OEM safe suspension geometry. The ReadyLift suspension system requires no cutting or strut spring pre-loading and installs quickly and safely using the provided heavy-duty hardware.

NOTE: Our objective is to have your truck sit level or slightly below level. Each truck is different so the amount of lift achieved may vary between 2.75" and 3.0" in the front. TRD-equipped trucks often have less rake compared to a non-TRD truck. Measurements on some customer’s trucks have revealed as much as 1.0” difference in the factory front end height. Some earlier model Tacoma trucks came factory with a 2 leaf plus overload rear spring pack that had sagging issues. Toyota is replacing these packs with a 3+1 rear leaf pack. Trucks with 2+1 packs will want to take advantage of this new lift system that includes a 2.0" rear lift block for a complete lift all the way around and a stance which will give approximately a .5" rear to front rake.

Allows for up to a 33x11.50 tire on an 8" wide wheel with 5" backspacing with minor trimming of the inner fender liner. 32.5" tires on and OEM or 5" backspacing wheel should fit with no trimming required.
