2005-09 6-LUG TOYOTA TACOMA & PRERUNNER SUSPENSION LIFT KITS

Revtek Industries sets the standard for 3" suspension lift kits for 6-Lug Tacoma vehicles. The lift is designed to deliver excellent on and off road performance. All materials used in the lift system are made of original equipment specified material.

All Tacoma suspension lift kits feature split spacer design for an easy, low cost installation (1-3 hours). No cutting, welding or modification of original steering components necessary.

Tuff Country's 6" lift kits for the 05-09 4WD Tacoma & Prerunner 6-Lug are available either with upper coil strut spacers or front coilovers. Include heavy duty replacement spindles, three-piece subframe with heavy duty skid plate for front differential protection. Front stock struts can be retained. Works with ABS brakes. Will not fit vehicles with Vehicle Stability Control

2" allows 31x10.50 tires
3" allows 32x10.50 tires
6" allows 33x12.50 tires, requires wheel change with no more than 4.5" BS

Must use 17" wheels or larger.

05-09 6-Lug Tacoma & Prerunner lft kits now available for vehicles with and without Vehicle Stability Control (VSC)

6" Basic: Extended length steering knuckles and arched crossmember for excellent on and offroad performance. Lift is accomplished via a steel coilover shock spacer system retaining the stock ride. The rack & pinion remains in the factory location. Also included is a 1/4" thick differential skid plate and impact struts. 

6" Performance: The heart of this system includes Dirt Logic 2.5 Adjustable Coilover shocks providing incredible suspension dampening capacity for offroad use with a good highway ride. High arched lower control arm crossmembers with extended length cast steering knuckles provide superior strength for longevity. The factory rack & pinion steering does not need to be relocated for installation. System includes a 1/4" thick differential skid plate, sway bar links, impact struts and more. 

RCD 4"-5" lift kit for the 2005-09 4WD Tacoma & 6-Lug  Prerunner features CNC machined replacement cast iron steering knuckles, heavy duty 2-piece lower subframe assembly, polished stainless steel anti-compression struts, heavy duty differential skid plate and differential brackets, front bump stop brackets and sway bar drop brackets, front & reawr brake line brackets, rear block kit and Bilstein front struts and rear shocks. Made in the USA.

Front end re-alignment is necessary after installation. Speedometer recalibration is necessary if tires larger than 10% over stock are used. System is designed to work with VSC systems.

Clears 33x12.50 tires on an 8" wide wheel with possible minor trimming.

Truxxx 3" lift kit for the 05-09 6-Lug Tacoma and Prerunner contains two strut mounts (including nuts and studs), full color instructions and complete alignment specs as well as lifting blocks and u-bolts for the rear. Does not change preload and maintains the stock smooth ride. Does not require disassembly of the strut. Does not require any after installation maintenance (no need to re-torque the mounting bolts). Increases ground clearance over traditional bracket type lift kits even without the use of larger wheels and tires. Made in the USA of 1/4" steel construction, laser cut and welded to precision tolerances.

Allows fitting of up to 33" tires (285/70 x 17) on stock offset wheels, 32" on aftermarket wheels with similar to stock offset (test fit tire and wheel package).

TrailMaster's 2" lift kit for the 05-09 Tacoma 6-Lug includes poly coil spring spacers with rear shackles.

The 3" lift kit includes Billet front strut spacers to maintain quality factory ride with rear block kit. Longer rear shocks required & sold separately. Allows for 33" tires.
