Revtek Industries sets the standard for 2.5" suspension lift kits for Tundra vehicles. The lift is designed to deliver excellent on and off road performance. All materials used in the lift system are made of original equipment specified material.

Permits up to 33/12.50 or 285/75/R16 with minor wheel well trim. Maximum recommended wheel size 15x8 or 16x8 medium off-set

Tuff Country 2.5" lift kit for the 2007-09 Tundra provides additional tire clearance to fit up to 33" tires. This easy to install lift kit includes upper coil spring/strut spacers to lift the front while keeping a factory ride. Lift block with extended u-bolts lift the rear 1 1/4" to level the front with the rear. Existing factory struts and rear shocks do not need to be replaced. Allows 32x10.50 tires.

6" Tundra components are available with or without Heavy duty skid plates for front end protection and stability. Upper coil / strut spacers maintain a near factory ride and allow you to keep the factory front struts. Also included are heavy Duty Steering Knuckles. Longer rear shocks required & sold separately.

Allows use of 35" tires, requires new wheels at least 18" in diameter and a maximum width of 9". If using 18" wheels, backspacing must be 5 1/2" or less. If using 20" wheels, backspacing must be 6" or less.

6" Lift Kit contains knuckles, front & rear crossmember, extended brake lines. Available with either rear blocks or new rear leaf springs. Longer rear shocks required and sold separately.

Installs in 2-3 hours with hand tools & can be returned to stock. Installation of the Truxxx kit requires no disassembly of the strut. 

Includes differential drop so that on the 4x4 models your CV joints would last as long as Toyota designed them to. Also includes a bump stop drop.

Rough Country 4.5" lift kit for the 07-09 4WD Tundra features lifted knuckles, front and rear crossmembers, upper strut spacers, brake line brackets, differential drop brackets, bumpstop brackets, sway-bar drop brackets, and lower skid plate. Rear: Lifted cast iron blocks, u-bolts, and e-brake and brake line brackets with (2) rear High Performance 2.2 series shocks. Clears 35x12.5x18" tire on a 18x8.5 wheel with a minimum backspacing of 6-3/16". Stock wheels can be used but can accommodate tires no wider than 11.5”. In some cases minor trimming may be needed to clear 35" tires.

6" Lift Kit Features: Lifted knuckles, front and rear crossmembers, upper strut spacers, brake line brackets, differential drop brackets, bump stop brackets, sway-bar drop brackets, and lower skid plate. Rear: Lifted cast iron blocks, u-bolts, and e-brake and brake line brackets with (2) rear High Performance 2.2 series shocks. Only minor cutting & drilling is required for the installation. Notes: Requires no modification to the stock differential mounts, drivetrain or exhaust.18" or larger wheels are required. Allows for  35x12.50 tires with the option of using your factory wheels.

System is Designed to work with factory "VSC" Systems. VSC systems may be more sensitive than stock under certain driving conditions

07-09 2&4WD Tundra Lift Kits - Fabtech's 6" Tundra systems feature extended length ductile steering knuckles that have been designed to operate within the factory steering geometry.  This geometry provides proper turning radius with oversized tires and wheels. The factory lower control arms are relocated with high arched 1/4" thick steel crossmembers with an integrated differential skid plate for protection against offroad obstacles. The factory front sway bar is retained and utilizes extended length link ends.  

The Basic system features a heavy duty shock spacer system that retains the stock coilover shocks without disassembly for a factory-like ride.  The Performance system includes Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilover shocks for aggressive offroad use with a good highway ride. Recommend 35/12.50R18 tires w/ 18x9 wheels with 5.5" BS w/ minor trimming or 35/12.50R20 w/ 30x9 wheels with 5.5" BS w/ minor trimming.
