The top & bottom end plates on all Traxda strut caps/spacers butt against the spacer tube to achieve the highest level of strength. The welds simply hold the spacer together while the end plates carry all the "load" of the suspension. Compare this design to other manufacturers who have the end load caps slide over the spacer tube with the weld having to withstand the load capacity.

905011 & 909031 Features: 3" lift kit contains two strut mounts including nuts and studs. Does not change preload and maintains the stock smooth ride. Does not require disassembly of the strut. Does not require any after installation maintenance (no need to re-torque the mounting bolts). Increases ground clearance over traditional bracket type lift kits even without the use of larger wheels and tires. Made in the USA of 1/4" steel construction, laser cut and welded to precision tolerances. Allows fitting of up to 33" tires (285/70 x 17) on stock offset wheels, 32" on aftermarket wheels with similar to stock offset (test fit tire and wheel package).

909015 & 903011 Features:  The 3" front lift creates the level look everyone loves but still retains all the stock suspension qualities. Installs in 2 hours with hand tools & can be returned to stock. Allows for up to 33" tires to fit without rubbing.

Note: It is ReadyLift’s position that our objective is to provide a product that levels the vehicle. Through on-going research we have discovered that Toyota trucks have a unique pattern of being manufactured and sold with varying degrees of rear to front rake. It appears that many Toyota trucks are not the same height or possess the same rake as the same stock truck sitting next to it. Our research has determined there can be as much as 1.0” difference in rake and ride height from truck to truck.
TRD-equipped trucks often have less rake compared to a non-TRD truck. Measurements on some customer’s trucks have revealed as much as 1.0” difference in the factory front end.
To compensate for the rake difference on TRD trucks, we recommend using ReadyLift 2.4" Front Leveling Kit and ReadyLift 1.0" rear block Kit for a stance that is closer to level. See under Options below.

RCD Suspension is pleased to announce the release of several new leveling shock applications in addition to previously offered units. The growing use of “strut” type front ends, and the demand for leveling kits is on the rise.  RCD Suspension has worked closely with Bilstein Shock Absorbers to develop performance applications to fulfill the need, all at very competitive pricing compared to spacer kits. 

Spacer kits, though economical, add no performance. RCD's adjustable leveling struts increase available travel thus increasing ride quality, handling & performance. The front struts utilize the factory coils and have multiple snap ring grooves to adjust the ride height to stock, 1.25” or up to 2.5”. The rear shocks are stock length and both front and rear units are zinc /silver finished.

2" allows 33/12.50R18 tires, 18x9 wheels, 5.5" BS

0"-2.5" adjustable coilover lift allows 285/75R16 tire w/ 16x8 wheels w/ 4-5/8" BS (larger tires cannot be installed on OE wheels)

3" Upper Control Arm system. The tubular Upper Control Arms feature 1.25” OD, .120” wall thick chromoly tube construction with 1” diameter Teflon lined uniballs that attach to the factory spindle without drilling. The replacement UCA's have been designed to work in conjunction with Fabtech’s Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilover shocks providing 10” of wheel travel for a complete front suspension system upgrade. The vehicle's offroad suspension performance will be greatly increased due to the extensive ride tuning of the Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilovers and rear Dirt Logic 2.25’s. The stance of the vehicle will become level as compared to stock and will provide additional clearance for oversized tires.
