Returns - To return parts for any reason, first call 800-521-4908 to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Returns may not be accepted for purchases more than 30 days old. You will be provided the RGA number and an address to use for your return. It is extremely important that you write this RGA number on the outside of all shipping packages. Packages received without an RGA number may be refused. Packages sent to the wrong warehouse may be refused. Do not return an item without first contacting us. All returns must be freight prepaid. It is important that you keep the tracking numbers for all returned packages until credit has been issued. Parts must be returned in like-new, re-sellable condition.  A restocking fee of up to 20% may be charged. Credits can take 5-10 business days to be processed after they have been received.  No refunds are given on labor, installation or shipping charges.

Warranty – Every manufacturer we represent offers some type of warranty. In fact, we only intend to sell products from companies who are willing to back up what they make.  However, whether or not a part will be covered under warranty is something that is determined by the manufacturer.  Most manufacturer warranty policies can be found on their websites.  Since warranty policies vary, please call us to discuss any potential warranty claim.  We are glad to facilitate the warranty process for any part that we sell or company we represent.  No refunds are given on labor, installation or shipping charges.
