With this system, you can rest assured your truck has the best suspension solution on the market. The vehicle specific 2.5 CDCV reservoir shocks are 100% rebuildable and revalvable. This high quality upgrade will improve ordinary street driving and weekend warriors will discover improved off-road performance. The piggyback and remote reservoir shocks feature the unique use of a 6061 billet aluminum manifold below the top cap of the shock to create an internal bump zone to provide an additional 20% of damping force. When compressing at high velocity, this additional force helps prevent harsh bottom outs and also controls the suspension. With the turn of a knob, the externally adjustable CDC valve restricts oil flow into the reservoir creating 10 levels of compression damping force ranges.
