2014-18 4WD Chevy Silverado, GMC Sierra 1500 (cast steel) 6.5" spacer lift kit, FOX Adventure Series shocks

The Zone Offroad suspension lift kit for the new model Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 is an American made product that will give your truck the distinctive look you want. The re-designed steering on these models works with the fully boxed heavy duty crossmembers and ductile iron steering knuckles that are included. Front strut spacers are used to keep the factory ride quality and provide front lift. Installation of the spacers does not require disassembly of the factory strut.

To correct front pinion angle, a 3-piece differential relocation system with the center differential brace ties front and rear crossmembers together for a sturdy differential mount. Combine this with the differential skid plate and crossmember brace for an incredibly strong front subframe. This design will correct suspension geometry and increase ground clearance.

Additional components are a pair of CV spacers, brake line brackets, sway bar relocation and all necessary hardware. To lift the rear and level the stance a 5'' tapered block is utilized along with longer u-bolts, and a pair of rear FOX Adventure Series shocks. Add-a-leaf option is recommended for crew cab models for a more level stance.

Built specifically for Zone Offroad lift kits, the Fox Adventure Series shocks feature a 2” OD steel body with a 5/8” heat treated hard chrome plated shaft that provides a comfortable street ride and predictable offroad handling under a variety of conditions. The Internal floating piston is designed to separate the shock oil from the nitrogen gas chamber. This monotube design eliminates oil aeration to provide performance that is fade free for your specific vehicle.

Passed the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 126 test. This highly specialized test was performed to show the installation of this Zone lift kit, with a specific tire and wheel package would not compromise the performance and effectiveness of the vehicle Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system.
