2019-23 Silverado Trail Boss, Sierra AT4 4" UCA Lift Kit, Nitro shocks

The 4” Zone Offroad suspension lift kit for the Chevy Trail Boss and GMC AT4 models is designed to improve offroad performance without sacrificing handling and a comfortable street ride. Due to the 2" factory lift, installing this 4" kit will sit similar to a standard truck with a 6" lift.

At the heart of this lift kit are steel crossmembers that re-position the factory lower control arms to provide additional ground clearance. Paired with the included differential skid plate, this creates a strong subframe that adds protection for critical driveline and steering components. Pair all this with the replacement upper control arms to achieve improved strength and durability.

Specially designed steering knuckles maintain the correct steering geometry for ESC compatibility. This knuckle design also will allow 17” or larger wheels unlike most other lift kits. The chassis is further strengthened with heavy duty tie rod ends and a crossmember plate that’s welded in. Multipoint differential relocation brackets secure the differential in its new location to keep the CV axle operating angles at a minimum. Front top mounted steel strut spacers install without disassembly of the factory strut. The rear factory block is replaced with a taller lift block with longer u-bolts for a level stance.

17" wheels with 4.5" backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle/tie rod
All aftermarket wheels should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the brake caliper
Factory 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference, stock 20" wheels can be reinstalled
Some wheel profiles will not clear the brake caliper. These can be test fitted before the vehicle is lifted in a stock condition

Passed the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 126 test. This highly specialized test was performed to show the installation of this Zone lift kit, with a specific tire and wheel package would not compromise the performance and effectiveness of the vehicle Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system.
