Important Notes
If a carrier bearing exists in the rear driveshaft, a carrier bearing drop kit may be required. Power Wagon models came factory with a 2" taller ride height so the net lift gain will be 4" over the factory. Power Wagon models require sway bar link kit ZOND5301.
The pitman arm included in this lift kit works on 2003-08 models with the factory steering box. If your steering box has been upgraded, this pitman arm will not fit and you should order the 2009 model pitman arm sold separately. To determine this, measure the sector shaft spline. The 2003-08 model will measure 1-1/4". The upgrade will measure 1-1/2".

Quick Overview
The 6" lift kit for the Dodge Ram 2500, 3500 or 1500 Mega Cab by Zone Offroad uses a unique control arm relocation design. By relocating the stock upper and lower arms, angles are relieved properly positioning the front axle and providing good caster and front pinion angle settings. The brackets are constructed of 1/4" steel and mount directly to stock locations. Drilling of a few new holes will be required for the extra support. No cutting of the frame or axle mounts is required. Stock alignment adjustability is retained. The stock control arm angles are maintained to provide a great ride, handling and control. Additionally included are front coil springs, dropped pitman arm, track bar relocation, sway bar relocation, bump stops and 4 FOX Adventure Series shocks. The rear lift utilizes a block kit with u-bolts.
Built specifically for Zone Offroad lift kits, the Fox Adventure Series shocks feature a 2” OD steel body with a 5/8” heat treated hard chrome plated shaft that provides a comfortable street ride and predictable offroad handling under a variety of conditions. The Internal floating piston is designed to separate the shock oil from the nitrogen gas chamber. This monotube design eliminates oil aeration to provide performance that is fade free for your specific vehicle.
