2015-23 2WD Ford F150 4" Basic lift kit, Performance shocks

The Fabtech 4" basic lift kit for your Ford F150 features front coilover shocks that provide increased dampening. The factory coil springs are retained. For a clean line, the replacement ductile iron steering knuckles have a near-stock track width. The Fabtech high arched lower control arm crossmembers are a fully welded box design constructed of 1/4" thick steel to provide maximum ground clearance as well as strength and rigidity to the front frame and suspension. Four adjustable alignment cams provide a wide range of adjustment. Brake line brackets, sway bar brackets, a 2.25" rear block kit and rear Performance shocks are also included.
