Important Notes
* AWD models will require front driveshaft modification
* Will not work with 17" wheels. If using 18x9 wheels with 5.5" backspace, fit the wheels before mounting to check for proper tie rod clearance. Wheel manufacturing variances may affect this clearance.
* Vehicles equipped with factory powersteps will require E-Brake Relocation Bracket part # F5608.
* Models equipped with a 2 piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop kit part # D5405 * Although rare, rear driveshaft extension part # F5601 may be required
* Will not fit Raptor models
Quick Overview
The Zone Offroad 6" lift kit for the Ford F150 includes new coilover struts custom valved for larger tires, improved ride and optimal handling. This kit also features two main crossmembers that are locked together with a substantial differential skid plate creating a solid sub-frame. The fully cast, CNC machined and resonant frequency tested knuckles ensure proper steering geometry while reducing installation time. These correct the tie rod and ball joint geometry with no track width change. The rear is lifted with a 4" block and u-bolt kit for easy installation. Rear black Nitro shocks are not shown but are included.
Covered by the 560plus Factory Protection Plus Program for vehicles less than 5 years old from the date of manufacture and the mileage is less than 60,000 miles. Click here for details.
