Important Notes
Some trucks with a 2 piece drive shaft may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear drive shaft(Safety Recall 21S25) Due to the recall procedure, Zone Offroad recommends to have this performed prior to installing the lift
18" or larger diameter wheels required. Stock 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled. Stock 20’ wheels can be used with up to a 305/60R20 tire
18" wheels with 5-5.5" backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle/tie rod
18 - 20" wheels with 5.5-5.75" of backspacing is highly recommended for tire to frame crash bar clearance
37" tires will require crash bar modification
Models with 2-piece rear driveshaft WILL require carrier bearing shim kit D5405 sold separately.
Crash bars may require modification based on wheel and tire choice. It is the end users responsibility to ensure modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety

Quick Overview
Add some height and style to your Ford F150 with the Zone Offroad 6” lift kit. Designed to maintain the original suspension, steering and driveline geometry, these components are engineered to retain the factory handling and ride quality characteristics while maintaining street comfort and improving off-road performance.
Top mounted strut spacers and steering knuckles maintain proper steering geometry and ESC compatibility. Multi-point differential relocation brackets are used to secure the front differential keeping the CV axle operating angles at a minimum. A differential skid plate is also included to reinforce the subframe and add protection for steering and driveline components.
The stock lower control arms are re-positioned with ¼” thick steel drop crossmembers for additional ground clearance. Sway bar drop brackets correct the factory sway bar operating angle and reinforce the rear crossmember and frame. A rear block kit with u-bolts and rear brake line and ABS line relocation brackets are also included.
Built specifically for Zone Offroad lift kits, the Fox Adventure Series shocks feature a 2” OD steel body with a 5/8” heat treated hard chrome plated shaft that provides a comfortable street ride and predictable offroad handling under a variety of conditions. The Internal floating piston is designed to separate the shock oil from the nitrogen gas chamber. This monotube design eliminates oil aeration to provide performance that is fade free for your specific vehicle.
