The Superlift 4" lift kit for the Ford F250, F350 Super Duty includes front engine specific coil springs to achieve the correct amount of lift without sacrificing ride quality. A pitman arm is not required for this lift. An upgrade to Fox 2.0 shocks ensures excellent ride quality.
