2007-18 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4" X-Series lift kit, V2 Monotube shocks

It’s time to get that Jeep of yours spruced up and ready to attack some mud, rocks, hills, trails, and so much more! This 4" X-series lift kit for the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited by Rough Country has what you need to make this happen. The X-Flex control arms include Clevite OEM style rubber bushings, flex joints with 2.5" diameter body and huge 1.25" threads that are adjustable from stock up to 6" of lift. All joints are fully greasable. Upper joints pivot up to 20 degrees. Lower joints pivot up to 35 degrees.

Coil correction plates correct the rear coil angle 10 degrees and allows the rear coil spring to function more efficiently. On Automatic equipped vehicles; due to use of an oversize driveshaft from the factory and inadequate factory clearance it may be possible for the front driveshaft to come in contact with the automatic transmission pan tearing the factory boot and rubbing on the shaft. Generally this occurs during heavy articulation when front sway bar links are disconnected and longer shocks are installed. If this is found to occur, the proper procedure would be to replace the oversize factory shaft with an aftermarket smaller diameter shaft to increase clearance between the transmission and front driveshaft. Rough Country does offer these replacement driveshafts.

V2 Monotube shocks have a T6061 brushed aluminum body with black anodized accents that not only look great but dissipate heat faster than other materials. The lightning fast reaction with no cavitation is the result of an internal floating piston to separate the shock oil from the high-pressure nitrogen. This true performance shock is designed to be mounted body-up for a more interesting look.
