2020-23 4WD Jeep Gladiator JT, Rubicon 5" Crawler lift kit, Dirt Logic 2.25 shocks

The Fabtech 5" Crawler lift kit for the Jeep Gladiator JT is designed to meet the expectations of the most experienced drivers who don't want to question the solidity of their suspension system. Tackle the most demanding off-road conditions, including rock crawling, with confidence. This long arm lift kit features both front and rear upper and lower link arms constructed with 2" OD .313" wall steel tubing guaranteed never to bend. Installation is made easier by using the factory lower control arm mounts. The arms include Fabtech 5 Ton Joint® for a quiet ride and longevity.

Geometry and ground clearance is the key part of mounting the long arm links to the frame. Fabtech has found the link arms sweet spot for the frame side location to provide superior handling throughout the travel range. The front link arm mounts are a crossmember that spans frame rail to frame rail. When running large tires with lots of articulation, this crossmember will add critical additional strength to the frame. The rear links are adjustable and use the factory frame and axle bracket for an easy installation.

Dual rate coil springs are designed to be corner specific to keep the Gladiator level from side to side and to provide increased suspension travel. The first stage provides a soft ride with the ability to extend for additional travel. The second stage is designed to handle the payload of the JT and address large impact absorption at higher speeds. With the increased ride height, Fabtech addresses the steering geometry with a Drag link Flip kit along with a heavy duty track bar bracket. These additions relocate the steering geometry to the factory plane to allow full articulation without binding the drag link ends in extreme condition.

A rear heavy duty track bar bracket is included to center the axle under the Gladiator to address the new ride height and help keep the factory roll center of the JT. Front and rear bump stop extensions protect the suspension from over cycling. Stainless steel Dirt Logic 2.25 shocks are included to provide performance damping capacity for both highway and offroad use not available in the factory shocks.
