1998-07 Toyota Land Cruiser 100 Series 0-3" Stage 2 VS Performance Reservoir shocks

The Land Cruiser 100 Series comes with a compact torsion bar suspension providing only a small space for lots of work. When the torsion bars are adjusted to provide lift, even more spring energy has to be absorbed in order to adequately control the vehicle. Therefore, ICON engineers developed unique VS (vehicle specific) 2.5" diameter front and rear performance shocks to handle this demand. Deflection is kept to a minimum by utilizing a lower spherical rod end bearing and heavy duty upper stem bushings. This will ensure optimal performance by increasing the duration of consistent damping regardless of the situation. This keeps the shocks operating at a cooler temperature during extended offroad use giving precise control of the suspension even under high loads.

The vehicle specific (VS) 2.5 reservoir shocks are 100% rebuildable and revalvable. This high quality upgrade will improve ordinary street driving and weekend warriors will discover improved off-road performance. The piggyback and remote reservoir shocks feature the unique use of a 6061 billet aluminum manifold below the top cap of the shock to create an internal bump zone to provide an additional 20% of damping force.
