The 4" Skyjacker lift kit for the Ford F150 includes Softride front coils with radius arm and axle pivot drop brackets along with rear Softride leaf springs with bushings & u-bolts.
A pitman arm and longer shocks are required and sold separately.
Vehicles equipped with a factory front sway bar require SBL20 sway bar lowering kit.
Optional 0-2.75 caster/camber shims available separately.
